Ivy was a pleasure to work with when planning our first trip to Japan. We needed a travel specialist’s expertise to revise our train travel plans and to book hotels and performances for our month-long 10-city trip. This was our second trip booked with Ivy. The first was to Greece and Turkey, and just recently a 17-day vacation to Japan. Most of the sites you cannot book if you do not speak Japanese even with the English translation some eg Ryokans you would need to call them and book. Ivy was incredibly helpful and recommended one that was top class!
