As of June 15, 2025, I have been an Agent/Owner of Robin Strayer's Travel for 10 years. My goal is to help all of my clients experience an adventure of their lifetime, no matter how long or short, near or far and simple or extravagant. Every day of travel is a memory made to last a lifetime!

I go above and beyond in trying to find the exact itineraries requested by each client for the location, amount of time and budget that they desire. I research each and every component of the vacation that is  requested. If a question is asked by the client and I do not know the answer, I make contacts to find the correct answer to the questions instead of just telling the client something that I am not sure of. I try my very best to be transparent with all information that I am sharing with them.

I also service my clients before, during and after their travel, whether it is helping them secure a passport application, helping with air delays during travel or room issue, or following up after they arrive home to see if all went well.  If any issues, and an insurance claim is to be made, I guide them through all of the steps.

Also, every document and bag tag, along with parking information at their airport and transfers are  printed and handed or mailed directly to the client ny me personally. No need for the client to print their own information and make sure they didn't forget something.

In light of the travel industry, person service is my number 1 priority. I have had a successful 10 years and am hoping for the next 10 to be as productive as the first.
