Best travel agent ever. Sara worked with us from the very beginning to the end of our trip and then some. Which spanned over a year of us calling and asking questions all the time. We were only going to go see the Tokyo Disney parks and Sara convinced us to go visit more since we were going to go that far why not see more and boy was it ever worth it. Sara always went above and beyond for us. From being available on what’s app to taking care of so many other important things like helping us navigate through the airports to helping us change plans when things arose (to many other things to mention) Sara gave us so many ideas on where to go and what to see. And everything was fabulous. We want to go back some day and when we do we will definitely be calling Sara again. So get ready Sara. Thanks for everything Sara!!!!!

Stress Free Travel!

Where to begin!? Our first trip with Sara was an impromptu Disney trip and she handled it like it was being planned for months! She gave us packets will all of our necessary information and even a little goody bag with travel essentials. We had a few surprises waiting for us when we arrived like a Star Wars dessert party and the photo pass! For our most recent trip, she planned our honeymoon. She sat down with us and helped us decide the best location based on what we wanted. We settled on Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia. She set us up with a honeymoon registry that allowed people to gift us excursions and Sara then scheduled them for us. Even while we were away, we were able to stay in contact with her. She was around all hours and would answer any questions for us and she made sure we were where we were supposed to be. I know traveling can be stressful, but with Sara, I had peace of mind. She always goes the extra mile and that's what makes her the best!

The best honeymoon ever!

She was excellent! This was our first time using an agent and an important trip as it was our honeymoon! She did every thing and then some! She was always available to answer any of my questions, big or small and always responded even faster than I ever expected! She walked us through the entire trip from what we needed to do at the airport for our first time flying, to picking up our tickets at Universal to making and changing our plans for the week! Including redoing our entire itinerary about two weeks before the trip! She was so friendly and so helpful, she was so quick to provide info and pricing for all of the things we wanted to do, continuously sent us discount and promo options even after making our reservations, always sent updates on our balance, made FastPass and dinner reservations and helped us customize them later. She checked in on us almost daily while we were in Florida and I honestly felt like I was chatting with a friend! She was INCREDIBLE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing! She went above and beyond to help us and plan our trip. From promptly answering multiple emails weeks ahead to texts during the trip itself, she was always there to help. And happy to do so! Working with Sara was an absolute delight! She was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. She listened and responded to all my questions and wishes for our trip. She clearly explained all of my options for hotel accommodations, meals, park passes, photo memory keeper, transportation to and from airport, etc. She set up all our travel reservations, including utilizing my airline miles. She had to make multiple airline reservations for my son due to his work schedule. She was literally on call 24/7 during our trip for questions and directions e.g. where best to stand for the Disney parade so that we could make it to our next Fast Pass Reservation timely. I can't speak highly enough of Sara's thoughtfulness, patience, attention to detail and all around assistance. She made out trip an absolute success!

Amazing success despite significant challenges!

Sara was amazing, devoting a significant portion of her holiday to planning our trip, as the magical day to book FastPasses landed right on Christmas Day! She was able to secure nearly all our dining AND FastPass wishes for a party of 17, and was accurate in her guesses of what we'd enjoy when she couldn't get exactly what was requested. Sara provided over the top service and was available even when we sat down to dinner and needed another fast pass for afterward - she had it booked before we were done eating! The biggest blessing came in the help provided when our infant daughter became sick just prior to the trip. Sara was on top of it - researching our options, talking to Disney, the airlines, etc. etc. making it all as smooth as possible and allowing us to focus on caring for our family. Any dissatisfaction I have with the way our trip went is solely put on Disney itself -glitches with the app, slow dinners, and the hotel having a room next to my parents when it was requested.

I loved working with Sara. She was so helpful with everything. The planning - Food-The stay-Flight-right down to giving me information about going to the doctor because, I ended up getting sick when we went away. She made an awesome itinerary for us for each day. As well as messaged me everyday to see how things went. She even brought our stuff to us before we left to go on our trip. Sara was absolutely awesome!! She sat us down months before hand and we went through what we would want to do. Then she set everything up from flights, fast passes, hotels,meals ride from Disney to universal and would text us if anything opened up that she could reserve for us. She would text us our plan for the day and if we switched anything would find fast passes that we might want to change. Made sure we were taken care of all of our honeymoon. We couldn't have done this Disney trip without Sara's expertise. I would highly recommend letting her take the reins (so to speak) and let her work her Magic. She took care of everything from rides to and from airport, hotel accommodations, meal plans, passes into the theme parks and lightning lane passes on the rides. Trying to plan a trip like this for my husband, daughter and grandkids became overwhelming and I needed help. A wonderful family trip!

I would like to give a huge than you to Sara Newbury. She was fantastic from beginning to end. The spot she picked out on the gulf side at St. Pete Beach was amazing. We were steps away from the gulf, our family had a great day swimming in the gulf, letting the waves kick our butts and the pool was great for our little guy. A nice bonus was that the hotel was owned by another hotel 2 hotels down. They had a 3-story waterslide that my son and daughter went down I would guess around 15 times. Next was Universal Studios and Cabana Bay Resort. Sara knocked this out of the park as well. It was super close to Universal (which was great for the shuttle ride). More so was the amenities that it offered to my son and Mother-in-Law (It was a grandma baby-sitting weekend while my wife, my daughter and I went over to Universal). They had 2 huge pools, a waterslide, bowling alley, arcade and a large assortment of places to eat. The throw-back retro ambiance and décor was pretty cool as well.

A magical trip to Disney World!

Sara was absolutely invaluable to me in planning our family trip to Disney World. It had been many years since I had been and I jokingly said to her at one point that it requires a PhD to navigate Disney now days! But in all seriousness, there is so much to navigate and know to make the experience the best it can be, and with Sara, I didn't have to worry about any of it. We told her what our priorities were and she literally took care of the rest. When we were actually in Disney we had a couple of questions and all it took was a text or email to her to get an answer - usually within minutes! I would not do this trip without her. She will be my first call when we decide to head back in the future.
I highly recommend her. She is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with!

Sara was incredible every step along the way. I found her through a Google search after I had been on hold with Universal Orlando for more than 3 hours. One of my friends suggested that I find a travel agent to help, and I got so lucky that I randomly found Sara! She took over our Disney and Universal reservations and handled everything perfectly. She expertly solved any problems we had. She communicated frequently before, during, and after our trip. She even got on the phone at 7:00am on our Hollywood Studios day to get us in line for Rise of the Resistance. She was a great partner and I highly recommend her to anyone planning an Orlando vacation.

Unforgettable Honeymoon

Sara is worth every dime! She made our trip even more relaxing by assisting us every step of the way. Still to this day we use Sara to assist in our travel plans because she makes every trip magical.
I would also like to share about a time that my brother and sister in law were stuck on an island during a hurricane. The travel agent they used basically told them "good luck". I immediately called Sara and she worked vigorously to get them home safe unlike the other agent they booked. She blows the competition out of the water!!!!

Sara was very thorough and the care package she sent for the trip came in handy. My kids were very happy overall with our Universal Orlando trip.
Sara also gave me many tips for the Disney portion of my trip although I didn't book through her. She went above and beyond, and I will definitely use her services again.
