River Cruising with Custom Experiences

The trip was fabulous! They are so organized with everything. We did all the city tours that were offered and the one extra tour in Amsterdam. All of the tour guides really knew their stuff. The tours were informative and you learned a lot. After the city tours they gave you free time to do what you wanted. When you left on a tour they had water for you and when you returned to the boat they had juice and a wash cloth for you. You never felt rushed or overwhelmed. They offered a tasting menu for dinner and a grill lunch where you had to sign up because seating was limited. The food was very good but it was more Americanized. Every single person on the boat was very, very nice. Happy hour every day where drinks were only $4. The crew put on a show one night and it was hilarious! I can't say one thing bad about it but if I had to pick one thing it would be to have bigger glasses in the lounge for ice tea. We would take another cruise and would highly recommend it.

Hi Maggie, It was a wonderful trip. Everything worked out perfectly! We stayed on property the whole time, just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful weather. They are building what will be the “world’s largest” man-made coral reef so they have blocks that are in the process of sinking into the ocean to form the foundation. It hindered the ocean view and will for about six months, but the end result will be a wonderful addition to the property. They have new restaurants that have opened, the Santa Fe Restaurant was our favorite! Thank you for helping us get this planned so quickly, Maggie!
