I am writing to thank you for the amazing Mexican vacation that you planned for us. Dreams is an wonderful resort and we were treated like friends from the moment we arrived. The staff catered to our every whim...even before we knew that we had one. Our grandchildren of course love the swim up bar and became quite at ordering all sorts of fruity drinks. Our son in law's birthday was celebrated by family and staff alike.

My family and I cannot thank you enough for all of your planning to ensure that we had a vacation to remember! Thank you too for the gift bag we received to help us prepare for the trip. I was given Melissa's information from an old high school friend. It had been 20 years since I had last been to Walt Disney World. I wanted to celebrate with my mom a 20-year return to Disney, my 41st birthday, and celebrate my dad who had passed in 2015. My childhood family vacations were always to Disney. He loved Disney so much. Melissa planned the most mind-blowing return/celebration trip. We stayed at 3 different resorts. One being Animal Kingdom Lodge in a Savannah View room...hello giraffes. She made excellent restaurant suggestions, FastPass options, and how to incorporate my dad into every aspect of this trip with my mom. She kept in touch with me during my trip. even when I was having moments of missing my dad, knowing he would have loved EVERYTHING about Disney now. Having Melissa help me plan this return was something no one else could have done. She truly understood what I wanted and needed out of this trip.

I had planned a solo trip to Walt Disney World for May of 2020...well COVID happened. Instead of canceling out my trip, Melissa suggested I just reschedule it for later in the year. I chose September of 2020.

Can I say, that was one of the BEST trips ever. It was my first solo trip. Melissa made sure I had everything I needed to have the most magical of times. She got the best resort for me that was available at the time which was Caribbean Beach . I had a preferred room close to the Skyliner. She made helpful suggestions for restaurants for me to try out. All in all, everything about this trip was TOP NOTCH!! She kept in contact with me as well during my trip to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Melissa is helping me with a trip to Dreams Playa Mujeres. This is a trip of a lifetime and I am so excited. She has made everything effortless. I can't wait to take this trip with my wife!

I was so stressed out planning a trip to Disney World, but then I was referred to Melissa and she made everything so crazy easy! She sent me so much info, but didn't overwhelm me as she kind of spoon fed me with little tidbits hear and there. I could never have done this trip without her and will have her plan all my travels from this point on!
