Bridgett took care of every detail for our cruise, including proactively seeking benefits through a special promotion. She is always available to answer questions and make recommendations.

She handled all our requests in a timely manner and also found special discounts and offers from Holland America not available at the time we booked the cruise and was able to apply them retroactively.

Bridgett was always clear and responsive. We never waited for answers when we had questions and she was always well informed. We would have liked to know that a big (500 people) group had chartered the ship and they were going to take over many of the facilities for one week.
