Diane is fantastic to work with. She is so willing to bend over backwards to see that everything goes the way it should . We couldn’t ask for a better Advisor. Diane is always available and if not at the time we call, we leave a message for her to call us and she does call us back before the end of the day. We couldn’t ask for a more conscientious person. We were on a cruise and I emailed her a challenge we were having with gratuities and she took care of it immediately. So she doesn’t just help before we go, she even assists while we are on vacation. She is like a best friend who really cares, it’s not just her job, she genuinely cares. Love her dearly. She deserves a ten fold raise.

Once again Diane Ritchey and her assistant helped insure our American Cruise Snake/Columbia River tripwent off without any hiccups.
We had a good 9 days counting the pre-cruise shore excursion. The cruise line itself needs some work though. A large numers of their crew had less than two weeks onboard and the lack of experience showed. Luckily their onboard leaders were excellent!

We just got off the Eurodam in Seattle after a 31 day cruise. Aside from the fact that we both got the Norovirus along with a lot of others, our one gripe shared with other five star mariners like we are, was that whille we had technically booked two cruises, it was booked as one and our perks were limited to that. There are so many segments to a cruise nowadays that we ought to be able to take advantage of them when we book - like extra specialty dinners, visits to spa etc. which isn't much to ask for when we've spent as much as we have with HAL. We didn't know enough to ask before, but we do now. Thanks

Silversea does a great job of making the expedition memorable. From the very beginning everything was taken care and back again. One minor hiccup though I didn’t have a return hotel but Silversea fixed that and I was able to complete my cruise. Diane goes out of her way to help me with anything I ask or need. I love working with her and I did book another expedition with Silversea in July 2027. My sister did too.

Diane has helped us plan several cruises - short 7 day to 53 day Legendary adventures. Always available, quick to problem solve (airline issues, shipboard questions) and fun to talk with. We have referred a number of friends to her and all have had the same positive experiences. Returned yesterday for 14 day New England Canada cruise - Ft. Lauderdale to Montreal. on the Volendam. Half were sea days which we love for kicking back, dining in specialty restaurants. Cellar Master Dinner was a highlight as usual. Small town exploring much fun. Husband is a racing sailor and had been to a number of the ports but was virgin territory for me. Great itinerary. Diane helped us with post cruise details as we stayed in Montreal 3 days after disembarkation. Airline ticketing especially helpful and good hotel suggestions.

Fantastic Viking Greece Odyssey cruise

As we have never cruised with Viking before Diane recommended a certain class of cabin that she felt wasn't too small based on her own experiences and she was correct. We had a nice size cabin for us to enjoy. Also, much to our surprise after checking our onboard account balance we saw that she had given us a very substantial cruise credit to enjoy while we were on the ship. We have already booked another Viking cruise with Diane and will always turn to her for her wise suggestions for our future travel.
