Our most interesting hosted Grand Voyages in 2023-2024 include Africa, South America and Australia. Grand Voyages have grown in popularity, to avoid disappointment, plan well in advance.

It's a Pleasure to Book a Cruise Through Joe Lucero

Joe Lucero is practically always available by phone. If he's not in when I call, he returns my calls promptly or there is someone else present who can help me. He remembers who I am from year to year and usually remembers my travel preferences. He is very careful to make sure everything is booked to our specifications and that we understand the costs. He checks with us before making any alternative bookings. On our last cruise, he knew we were traveling in Spain before embarking on our cruise. He successfully got a message to us in Barcelona of a last minute change in the place to meet our cruise ship and asked us to let him know that we got his message in time. Joe is always enjoyable to talk to and I feel that he cares about our vacation and appreciates our return business.

The whole experience was maybe not as personalized as I might wish, but Joe did help make our recent cruise experience logistically smooth. We started off with Joe, thinking we’d do a river Cruise in Portugal - but he helped us get good rooms on the very different OCEAN cruise... which it turns out was a better fit for the 4 of us. His “welcome gift” was also very welcome!!

Joe is the best travel agent we've worked with in over the 50 years we've utilized travel agents to handle our travel, often only working with a agent for a single trip as they were difficult to reach even though they were local. Once we changed to Joe years back, we realized we'd found a gem, we won't change as long as Joe wishes to continue. This last trip was a culmination of six cruises totaling 63 days. Joe did a stellar job working with Holland America to secure our stateroom of choice, our dining options, etc. He follows up on our questions and is easy to reach, even though we live in a different time zone. You are very fortunate to employ someone of his caliber.

Everything went off without a hitch…. Transfer flights room

It was a great experience despite missed ports due to weather. Large number of passengers contracted a respiratory virus. We were not immune but managed to have an excellent time. Staff on the cruise were amazing and so kind and friendly. All connections including transfers and flights went off without a hitch. Our balcony room was supposedly obstructed view but it had great view and the price was right. Thank you Joe for your for a job well done.
