LynnDee was most excellent! This is the second time we’ve used her expertise in booking a cruise. She’s responsive, thorough and friendly. We plan to continue to cruise and will always book them using LynnDee. One of the gals traveling with us on this most recent cruise complained that the person she used wasn’t nearly as helpful as LynnDee. She’s committed to going to LynnDee the next tine she cruises also. I also have to give LynnDee ‘props’ for having to deal with ‘20 questions’ from both myself and my sister, who was traveling with us. She’s the best!!

LynnDee is always available and very helpful. Upgrades to veranda suites is no time always the best as the arrangement of the room makes less useable space. In the future I would always seek out LynnDee for travel advice and booking service.

LynnDee took time to learn what we needed/wanted. She was available to us through both phone and email, though email worked better for us after a few rounds of phone tag. She followed up with us when we were onboard and again when we arrived safely home. We will definitely have LynnDee plan our next HAL cruise.

Ship board hosts were great

We embraced the changes and had the unexpected pleasure of spending more time on board, exploring its amenities and facilities. The highlight of the first cruise didn't happen, Shetlands and Lewis Island. Luckily for us we'd been to Edinburgh before and had been looking forward to going to the underground of the city. Unexpected itinerary changes due to weather and one we were not told which was not a pleasant experience for most on the Oceania Cruise. We did enjoy our second visit to Ireland. The Cruise on the Norwegian was nice, a truly different adventure. We're not sure big cruises are our thing. The ports were nice, staff was wonderful, the venues on the cruise were nice like a resort. The Captain of this ship was Wonderful vs the Oceania Cruise. He talked about the fjords and a few other things with excitement over the intercom.

Lynndee goes over and above all details involving any cruise, excursions and transfers!

I have not worked with a better partner. My vacation was incredible!

I originally called LynnDee upon the recommendation of a friend who had worked with her for 15 years or so, and I was so pleased. I've now been able to book a cruise with my three sisters last year and with a friend this year. LynnDee could not have been more helpful or fun to work with!

LynnDee made our last minute booking so easy. She worked with us and got us a wonderful room on the side of the ship where we could see the land.

As always a great time on Virgin Voyages. Food is great and ship was beautiful

Another great experience on HollandAmerica. Added a few New ports to our collection. The history in San Juan was amazing. Lynn Dee was able to get us a Vista class room. We enjoyed the extra area.

Fantastic trip around the world! Great itinerary which changed midway because of current issues in the Middle East. Instead of ba Mediterranean ending, we cruised around Africa, taking a fabulous safari arranged by Cruise Specialists at the outstanding Thanda iZulu Villa. We enjoyed Cruise Specialists custom excursions throughout our cruise, including nice touches like water on every tour bus, plenty of seats, and excellent lunch experiences. Lynn Dee King was very helpful in making these reservations and selecting a cabin, and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.

No problems, simply as described with a few great surprises.
