Jessica is always amazing! We have used her for many of our vacations domestically and she never disappointed us. Which is why we entrusted her w/our first international trip and we couldn't have been happier! The trip was to LONDON to see the Seahawks first game over seas. Our budget was tight but Jessica worked her magic and was able to meet all of our request with in the budget. The flight was direct (which was amazing), the car service was great made us feel extra special having a driver w/our name waiting at arrival. The hotel was in South Kensington which really was centrally located to all of the major sites. The hotel room was much larger than I had expected for the "european" reviews, it came with a breakfast and $15 credit for evening drinks or in our case much needed deserts!

Jessica helped us plan our trip to Italy. She listened to what we wanted and found us all the hotels and activities we requested. When we had a problem with lost baggage, she went into action , made lots of calls and kept in contact with us until it was resolved. Upon our return, she helped us file our travel insurance and made calls for us regarding other refunds we were to receive. I highly recommend Jessica!!

This is the second time we worked with Jessica. The trip was to 2 countries and evolved 5 plane flights to get us there, around Europe and back home. Jessica has helped me book two different trips to Cabo Dan Lucas. She arranged everything including a private car to pick us up at the airport so we didn’t have to worry about navigating public transportation on our own. During The height of COVID she rescheduled our trip and all of the details several times without hesitation. She is amazing and we will use her for all of our future travels.

Jessica was very good at communicating with me over email, she typically responded quickly. We were able to make changes to our itinerary quite easily. All of the reservations she made for me in Mexico all turned out fine without any issues. We do however wished we didn't use her at all in the end. We were unable to use our hotel frequent traveler rewards account with the 1 Hilton and 1 IHG we stayed at. We also didn't get any points for the $10k wedding package we purchased at Hilton since it was booked thru here, that means no Hilton points and no credit card points, for $10,000 spent!!! That's a boatload of points we missed out on because she couldn't tie our Hilton # to the account. We were unable to earn points for staying at either hotel or use status for upgrades. Whole who experience was unnecessary. I could have booked it myself and earned a lot more in the long run. Booking through Jessica only saved me $200 by booking a wedding package and hotel at Hilton.

For my wife’s 50th birthday, she wanted to do something big. After some discussion, we decided on Vietnam and Thailand. While we are well versed in traveling, we had never been to this part of the world, so we decided to enlist the help of a travel agent. After an extensive google search (we couldn’t find much in our area of the US who were familiar with SE Asia), Jessica’s profile with Travel Leaders seemed like a good fit. I reached out, and we began planning. I cannot describe the logistics involved that were necessary to make this happen, but here’s a snapshot: Two countries, seven stops, eleven flights, five hotels, one boat, three excursions, three food tours, and transfer after transfer after transfer. Insanity. It was a whirlwind and Jessica handled it all. She listened to what we wanted and curated the most amazing trip for us and, as I found out later, checked in with Trails of Indochina occasionally to make sure things were going well. She is an absolute rockstar and was instrumental in making this the most amazing vacation we’ve ever taken. She was prompt, friendly, and professional. We cannot thank her enough or give her enough praise for what she did, because we know it couldn’t have been easy. But she made it look that way. She’s amazing at what she does and we can’t say enough great things about her and what she did for us to make my wife’s birthday so special. Thank you, Jessica. You really are the best.

Being family to the couple we relied on Jessica to help with all booking aspects. Jessica was very hard to communicate with for us and most other people coming to the wedding, including the couple. Her responses weren't timely (maybe lacking some out of office messages when she was truly away) which made it the responsibility of guests to reach back out to gather information. With some of her communication upon booking and shuttle info, the emails felt long - like copy/paste information not proofread fully or condensed for the reader to the main points. As most readers are doing this from their phone this made reading these emails and capturing the most important points difficult. I'd suggest using AI to help her condense and refine her emails.
