We have booked several cruises with Teena and have always been highly satisfied with the superb service provided. Teena not only finds the very best cruise deals, she also monitors prices for price drops after booking. Be aware that not all travel professionals do this. We highly recommend booking with Teena!

I am thrilled to have found Teena! She is always available and willing to assist. I know that if we have any issues with our upcoming travel, we will be be able to contact Teena and she will get it resolved.. Touched base on a FB note Teena posted on a Sunday morning. Within 20 minutes of corresponding back and forth on FB Messenger she was able to book our cabin. Easy and simple! A very responsive agent who provided great service and answered all questions and concerns promptly. Then three days later another option on the same cruise opened up and we were able to downgrade to that suite within minutes of writing her with our concerns and requests but not before she gave us a detailed review of the implications of the downgrade were vs saving the money. Again no issues, no pushback, just an honest and simple process dome promptly and professionally.

Teena Dowd is an execllent agent to deal with!!! Proactively looking for deals and upgrades - out of the blue Teena contacts our group and advises she can upgrade us fo $20!!! This was on a Saturday and by Monday its done!! Can't say enough about the customer service from Teena!!!

We have yet to sail on a cruise that we booked with Teena but have had topnotch service with cruises she has rebooked with FCC and one we rebooked because we got a way better deal.Love the extra OBC that Teena is able to offer. Response time is amazing and Teena always gets the job done in a timely matter.Wish we had Teena for our previous cruises but am sure happy we found her!

We would like to encourage others to book with Teena and her agents. Please follow her on Facebook to get so many deals that you would not be aware of. Amazing! Although our trip has been delayed due to Covid, we would commend you to have an agent like Teena. She keeps you posted on all the changes that will happen or do happen. She guides you on decisions you need. And most importantly, answer you questions always. There are so many changes that have happened with Covid, that you want Teena there to offer her expertise and help.
