My husband and I planned two complicated trips with Olja. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. Our first trip was a combination 21 day cruise along the Mediterranean plus a weeks stay in Greece, and the second was a three week stay in Greece. We had many happy discussions with Olja planning the details and benefitting from her vast experience with cruises and airlines etc. In both cases fate intervened to disrupt our plans- I injured my back right before our first trip and the Covid19 put the kabosh on our second trip. In both cases we were devastated to see our dreams go up in smoke. Thank goodness Olja made sure we didn’t suffer financially! She helped us deal with travel insurance in the first case and very patiently monitored the airlines’ policies to insure we received a refund on our cancelled flights. Our experience with Olja was fantastic, she guided us along, answered all of our questions . She set up our trip. And gave us great advice ,especially since we haven't traveled much.
