A bunch of us, about 11 of us, went to Disney. Sheila helped us with 90% of our vacation. She was even reachable during vacation when we messed up one of the schedule for the fast pass. She is amazing!

From The minute I started planning this trip to the minute I got home, it was PERFECT. Sheila was with me every step of the way. It was my first time out of the country and I had no idea all that had to be done. Down to the medicine I should buy if I am not feeling well when I got to Mexico. She made sure we were set up with rides when we got there to and from the hotel so we didn't have to take any taxi's and felt safe. She sent a bunch of excursions that she suggested would be the best - she had the hotel put a little banner on our door for our honeymoon - AND she emailed me twice while we were there just to make sure we were doing okay! We decided to surprise our boys with a trip to Disney but I had no idea where to begin!! Sheila took care of everything for us!! We didn’t have to worry about all the little details, reservations, etc. because Sheila helped us with it all! And any questions we had, she was able to answer! Everything exceeded expectations: the resort, the staff, the food, the room, the sunrises - absolutely perfect. We also explored beyond the resort, visiting Chichén Itzá and Tulum, swimming in cenotes, and even swimming with sea turtles. The people we met were welcoming, kind, and genuine - far different from the rumors you often hear from people who’ve never been. This trip happened because Shiela truly listened and matched our wants with her real-world experience. That kind of personal service is rare today - and priceless. She handled everything — from our flights, hotels, and transfers, to excursions, the cruise, and all the little details in between. Our journey began with two incredible nights exploring Istanbul, followed by an unforgettable Oceania Vista Greek Isles cruise, and wrapped up perfectly with a final night in Athens. Every moment was seamless and so thoughtfully planned. We were staying at a Villa in Tuscany for a week, with a few days in Rome on either side. The tours Red and her team arranged for us in Rome, Florence and Lucca were terrific. Amazing to see such renowned historical places and artifacts in person and with their full stories. The guides were excellent, the communications were easy and clear and the sights were fantastic. When Sheila’s team found out about something that would have impacted our 1 tour, they suggested a revision which worked out much better. The trip summary plan in advance was detailed and clear and each day we were reminded of what comes next. Any of our questions, in the planning stage and during our trip, were answered promptly and to our satisfaction. We visited a local winery in Tuscany so good that we had some shipped home. The Truffle Hunting experience was one of the most memorable, although everything we did was truly inspiring and educational. We could not have asked for a better travel experience!

Shiela coordinated a family cruise for on RCCL out of Cape Liberty, NJ. She was able to get the stateroom category and deck we preferred. Sheila arranged everything for our trip to Portugal. It was all perfect. 3 different beautiful hotels, a private driver and tour guide, various excursions, transfers and Rental cars. Sheila helped plan our trip to Greece. Visiting three islands, with transfers and helping us plan activities and, stay locations for our group of ten. She completely knocked it out of the park on all aspects. The activities were just what we wanted and the lodging was perfectly situated for what we wanted to do in each location. What can I say other than Sheila is fabulous and we wouldn't book a vacation with anyone else. We've booked a few times with Sheila but the standout one was Italy! My son had never been on a cruise or out of the country, so as a high-school graduation gift I decided on Italy. Our booking went flawlessly from the air, to the cruise, to the excursions. Sheila is the utmost professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of our trip. She always tries to get us the best deals, onboard credits and package deals. We flew into Barcelona for a few days before our ship sailed and then had the best time sailing and stopping at a few ports in Italy and France for a week before heading home. Everything went off without a hitch. I truly can't thank her enough for this once in a lifetime vacation. Sheila is the bomb!! She has booked many trips for my family and adults only getaways!! Any issues I have ever had which isn’t many she was a text or phone call away to deal with it directly with the resort. I booked one trip on my own and had to cancel because of covid and never again. Hrs on the phone trying to rebook was a nightmare. Sheila took over and rebooked that for me also. No headaches whatsoever. I’m the one who will will message her a week before and say hey I want to go here and she delivers!! We have been to mexico three times, Bahamas, Jamaica, Aruba, & universal. We currently have universal booked for thanksgiving!! You will not be disappointed!!
