I recommend Janet 100% to book your family vacation! She booked a seemless Disney Vacation for my daughter and I. I didn't have to lift a finger! This was our first Disney experience and it was amazing. Disney can be stressful to organize with all the diner reservations, hotels, fast passes, park hopers, and plane travel! Janet did it All! Janet did an excellent job with the vacation plans from beginning to the final stages. She was helpful and very patient through the process. She selected the air schedule, booked the excursions and every area that we needed assistance with, she was there to help. I would recommend her to all of my friends.

Janet was amazing! She did everything she could to find us exactly what we were looking for, and went out of her way to make absolutely sure we were taken care of. She even checked in while we were on our vacation to make sure everything was up to par. I think its also a huge plus that she has personally been to a lot of the resorts, so she knows what to expect and isn't just sending you somewhere blind. Even if she hasn't been to the specific resort she is suggesting, I know she has done a ton of research on it and is making sure it is exactly what you want. I will always book through Janet, for every kind of vacation I take!

My experience with Janet ...... Ugh where do I even start ? My self , husband , mother , 13 year old daughter and four year old son all took off to Disney for an first experience for everyone going . With that being said I left all the planning , scheduling and booking all to Janet ! She did an amazing job we rode every ride we could have imagined to , ate the best food everyday and the hotel was pure luxury !!! She made our first experience so magical !!!! Best week ever ???? Trip for next year is already booked with her and we look forward to working with her for many of our family memories !!!!!

Family trip of a lifetime

Very efficient - worked diligently to plan a trip of a lifetime for our entire family. Once we told her what we would like to do, she took care of all of the arrangements with the airline, cruise folks, etc). All we had to do was give her our preferences for airline ( including seating 7 people together in premium economy seating); cabin preferences on river boat; beverage package; tour selection, etc. As any questionable issue arose, she contacted us and made sure we were happy with result. Even though the cruise folks had employees that were responsible for trip details, we would highly recommend Janet and her travel agency for taking care of details and providing "heads up" on options we might encounter. As planning evolved, she worked with the cruise line and airline personnel to verify that our choices (airline seating, cabin preferences on the boat , tours, etc.,) were taken care of. We all highly recommend Janet and her travel agency.
