Barbara was great with all the going back and forth and decision changes that were made. The cruise was a maiden voyage so they have a lot of kinks to work out. They could have had a lot more of variety of shows instead they showed the same ones multiple times. By half way through the cruise we had seen them all. Lots of neat restaurants and the wines were delicious!

Barbara was absolutely amazing to work with. She responded quickly to the multitude of question we had, and guided us every step of the way. She took care of everything, from where to stay all the way down to our transfers. She even took care of our dining reservations, so we did not have to get up early. We had a couple we did not get the times we wanted, and she watched every day until one became available and then booked it. It was wonderful not worrying about anything except to get ready for our trip. We did not have a single issue the entire trip, thanks to Barbara's attention to the details.
