Jennifer Hennequant with Travel Depot was very helpful in helping us figure out the best Hawaiian Island to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. She asked a lot of questions before hand about what we like to do and what our budget was to help advise us on the islands. We chose Oahu and were not disappointed. She provided us with links to 2 different tour groups which allowed us to tailor our vacation. We were there for a week and ended up booking 5 different tours that provided us with the history, spectacular scenery and experiences that we really enjoyed. We asked for additional transportation from our home to Atl airport and back and she was able to secure that transportation for a much better rate than some of the other transportation companies I reached out to. I would definitely use Jennifer again.

Jennifer did a wonderful job helping us plan our trip for 18 on a Disney cruise. She led a conference call for all of us to ask questions and she was very knowledgeable about traveling on Disney. I will definitely use her the next time we travel.

There is so much that I could say about Jennifer. This was the absolute first time the my family ever cruised and Jennifer took out all the researching, debating and planning for me. She is s wealth of knowledge and so accommodating. She is not out to sell you the most expensive voyage, but rather she listens to your desires and concerns and uses them to find the right trip for you and your family. Jennifer is super responsive and goes over and beyond when it comes to making sure ALL the details are taken care of. For example, we had a billing issue the first night of our trip. I emailed Jennifer expecting she would respond the next morning. She responded almost immediately that night. We know other families that have booked with Jennifer, and they feel the same exact way. We hope to book all of our trips with Jennifer. She is just that great!

Jennifer helped me plan my vacation when I didn't really even know what I wanted to do! I told her my budget and some things I was interested in, and that I wanted to have an active trip, and she gave me many options to chose from! She was great at responding to emails and knew all of the details that needed to be planned beforehand (like parking for our cruise).
