Mandy helped my wife and I plan a 10 day trip to England and Scotland this June. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. In several instances we changed things up last minute and she pulled things together to make the changes that we wanted. Her hotel selection was terrific, as they were all located centrally and had some unique aspect, like the historical Balmoral in the heart of Edinburgh. All the travel arrangements went off without a hitch including train trips and car rentals. The train trips from London to York, and then from York to Edinburgh were wonderful! In short, if you want to spend your time really enjoying your trip and not worrying about all of the small travel details, I would use Mandy. This is the first time we had used a travel agent, and the insights, time savings, and personal touches Mandy provided definitely made it worthwhile. We can recommend her without reservation!

Mandy was great to work with during the planning of our Mexico vacation. We wanted an adults only vacation with incredible food (no buffets!). She gave us 3 options to select from and we decided on the El Dorado Royale. It was very nice and exactly what we were looking for in our vacation. Mandy did a lot of research looking for the best resort to accommodate a large group keeping families with small children together. Barcelo Palace had a kids care program that entertained the littles, children's pool, large pool with services and games for teens, volleyball, mini golf, night entertainment. Mandy booked our meal reservations for the large group (19 of us) ahead, had airport services for handicap. Our trip went very smooth. From booking the resort, airport travel, private transfer to our resort and transfers home. A very relaxing vacation had by all. She's the Best! PS She's my go-to travel agent for all my vacations. We went to Mandy looking for the perfect honeymoon trip. Stipulations were, I wanted white sandy beach and turquoise waters with an ocean view, and my husband wanted an adults only all-inclusive resort. Mandy recommended a few different Secrets resorts and we chose Secrets Playa Blanca - Costa Mujeres. It was such a beautiful resort and had everything we asked for and more. Thanks to Mandy we had the most amazing honeymoon trip at a resort we otherwise would not have even thought to consider. Mandy helped plan our 3rd together (and my 4th overall) trip to Punta Cana! She gave us a list of resorts and we picked Majestic Mirage. The resort was wonderful and super clean. The resort was up to par from what we were used to so we were very happy. She gave us all the info we needed before hand and checked in after we returned. She was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Our family decided to take a trip, but we didn't know where to go. I reached out to Mandy and asked for some help narrowing it down, she must have saved me hours and hours of research!! When considering taking a trip, Mandy was extremely helpful in getting us pricing, locations, etc. She was helpful on the days and weeks leading up to the trip--sending us remainders on what we need to do, what to bring, etc. She was very diligent in getting back to us timely with any questions.
