We've now been to T&C twice and would likely go back at some point. We enjoyed our stay at the Grace Bay Resort. The water and sandy beaches are one of the best. Usually I am the one organizing our family vacations, so we worked with Tracy because I wanted to take a vacation that involved the least amount of work for me! I had done some research on all-inclusives, but got overwhelmed by all the options. When I contacted Tracy, I was able to send her all of the research I had done and let her know what my husband and I were looking for (short/direct flights, scuba diving, ease of trip) and what our budget was. She took my suggestions, came up with estimates, and included several resorts that I hadn't yet looked at! We were able to go on our trip, and the travel process was seamless. The Trip Itinerary she sent us had all the information and handy tips that we needed to make our way to our resort. The resort she recommended was great. The trip was easy. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for our kid-free vacation! We will definitely work with Tracy again in the future!

Our cruise and land tour to Alaska was amazing. The scenery is beyond amazing!! From the booking of the cruise to when we got on the ship . Tracy was there either by phone or email if we needed her . My family was overwhelmed when trying to plan our trip to Italy. We had no idea where we wanted to go or what we wanted to see. After meeting with Tracy she put together a proposal that we were excited about. Our trip was so well planned and our accommodations were excellent. One of my big worries was lugging my suitcases across the cobblestone streets of Italy- but Tracy perfectly arranged all transportation for us. It made for such a stress free experience since we went to 4 different locations. Our hotels were in perfect locations and had all the comforts we asked for. The best thing she planned for us was a private boat tour around Capri, and it was so relaxing. I am so happy she suggested the private tour instead of a group tour for it. She stayed in touch with my family throughout the trip and answered any questions that came up. I hope to do a tour of just Sicily in the future and will be reaching out to Tracy when the time comes.

Naples not so much, although we did have an incredible tour consisting of Pompeii and wine tasting, along with another tour by a guide who had grown up in Naples. Tracy took our draft of thing we wanted to do, places we wanted to go, etc. and tweaked it to fit within our budget. It all worked out famously and we had the time of our lives.

My wife and I cannot recommend Tracy enough. This summer we were traveling to Brisbane, Australia, for work and then a week and a half of extra time. Tracy worked with us, discovering our goals and budget, and came up with a ton of options, including additional cities and experiences. Ultimately, we spent a few extra days in Brisbane, going to Australia Zoo to see kangaroos, wombats, and koalas and then to Tangalooma Resort to see humpback whales, which was just a magical experience as we'd never seen whales before, and definitely not that close. We then flew to the Uluru/Kata Tjuta park in the Outback to hike around these amazing world sites and learn more about the aboriginal culture. We even hiked to see the Valley of the Winds, a remote spot at Kata Tjuta that few see because it’s a sacred place and photos are not allowed. Lastly, we flew to Sydney, where the highlight was a private sailboat tour of Sydney Harbor, allowing us to see the Opera House and Harbor Bridge from the water, get a lesson on the history of early settlements in Australia, and see truly stunning waterfront homes and hotels. We also traveled to the Blue Mountains to the west of the city, seeing the beautiful vistas and more Australian wildlife. Tracy set up these trips, arranged the necessary flights, and kept us up to date on any changes (like our Sydney hotel changing its name a week before we arrived). She also worked on the fly, helping us with a seating issue on our flight to Uluru and finding us the last-minute tour to Blue Mountains, when we were 14 hours ahead. She was a professional rock star and made our trip of a lifetime just that, a source of memories that we will return to for many years.

We did everything in Japan except for skiing anf Sumu wrestling. Every hotel we stayed at was awesome. Our drivers and guides were especially kind and helpful. Every where we went was new and exciting. The whiskey tour in Osaka, the fish market in Tokyo. The back allys to the major department stores. All exciting and new. My favorite spot was Hakone Kowakien ten yu an ENSEN Hotel. We could have stayed there for a week. Each room has its own porch bath /Ensen...The staff encourage the guests to wear traditional Japanese pants and top. There is a on sight Resturaunt which served wygu beef. The dinner was unbelievable. This hotel had a lot of potetial hiking though we did not hike this beautifully forested area.

While the weather did not cooperate AT ALL which is beyond a travel agent's control, the lines were short and we could get on any ride in a short time. Wow!! Where do I begin! My husband and I are no strangers to traveling internationally and within the United States. That’s why, when it came time to plan a honeymoon we had no idea where we wanted to go, which led us to Tracy. We gave her a budget and a list of things that were important to us and she populated a number of options. We knew after seeing Couples Swept Away in Jamaica that it would be great. The resort had many amenities and it nestled on a gorgeous beach. When we arrived not only were we fast tracked through customs and given food and drinks in a private lounge, but we did not have to worry about organizing travel to the resort- it was all taken care of thanks to Tracy! The food was great, which I found impressive because most all inclusive resorts food lacks. The drinks were fun, and the mini bar in the room was a huge bonus. All around the trip was just perfect. I only regret not staying longer!!

Thailand is magical, colorful and fun. Most of my vacation was spent at Chai Lai Orchid Elephant camp in Maewin Chiang Mai, Thailand. Which is a must see. The people are friendly, warm and polite. The Elephants are amazing. I also went to Lao's for two days. Visited Temples, A statue Garden and The Cope Museum. Then I went to Vietnam and that was great. Vietnam is vibrant and alive. My guide took me to The Ho chi min Mausoleum Hanoi. The Confucious School, A puppet show and day cruise. The whole trip was well planned and the hotels perfect.

Everyday was filled with Joy. Whether it was visiting temples or hanging out with Elephants, High Tea at Great hotels or walking unknown cities.
