Samantha has often gone well beyond what one might expect from a travel agent and has never failed to deliver on a promise. She has battled tour providers and airlines and has always, without exception, come up with solutions which suited our needs perfectly. We trust her completely to put our needs first and to see that those needs are fulfilled.

Makes good recommendations also. We’ve only booked Disney trips with her and all have gone off with no issues! One trip we took we had an airline issue and she sat on the phone with Disney because we were going to miss a reservation. She did all she could to help me out! We will always use Sam!

This is the 2nd time that we utilized Sam to help us plan a trip. My family wanted to go to Europe, but we had to be mindful of certain times of the year given my son's job. Sam suggested a Christmas Market River Cruise down the Danube from Germany through Austria. She recommended utilizing Avalon Waterways for our cruise. From there she did the legwork for the cruise. Her and I then discussed adding in London and she gave me some great suggestions for hotel locations etc. She also helped recommend private transports from the airport to our hotels etc... I personally love planning a trip, but I appreciated having Sam to bounce ideas off and then help do some of the legwork. Sam did all communication with the cruise line getting us set up and assisted getting the appropriate travel insurance for our entire trip. We had a wonderful family trip! Sam helped us plan an unforgettable family trip to Greece, including Athens, Santorini, and Naxos. Every day was amazing! We enjoyed tours of the Acropolis, Santorini and Naxos with our own tour guides, enjoyed a cooking class and tour of a family farm, and two catamaran trips. With visions of an unforgettable Christmas cruise dancing in our heads, our family reached out to Samantha to deliver everything on our Christmas list. I’ve worked directly with Samantha at Cruise and Travel Ventures, LLC, several times in the past and will continue the relationship for years to come. She asked good questions to understand what we wanted and then found the perfect option for our family’s wide range of ages and interests. We gave her the extra challenge of coordinating with extended family members originating from three separate locations in the US to rendezvous in Nuremberg, Germany. The AmaWaterways Christmas Market cruise on the Danube visited Germany, Austria, and Hungary, and it met every expectation. The excursions were fun and educational (led by local, personable, informed tour guides). Austria was a highlight, starting with our excursion to Salzburg on Christmas Eve—seeing Sound of Music filming locations, hearing the cannon shots giving tributes to the Christchild, tasting the famous Mozart chocolates, and exploring the Fortress Hohensalzburg at the high point of the city, which offered the most beautiful, panoramic views you can imagine—followed by Christmas in beautiful Vienna. The AmaWaterways staff were professional and personable, and the ship was very festive; we will travel with them again. Samantha helped us add a post-cruise trip to London, where we spent New Year’s Eve. Thank you, Sam, for always helping us get everything we ask for and often more than we had imagined!

My husband and I were a little skeptical of cruising again. Sam was a client of mine so having already gotten to know her - I knew she would be the best person to help us find something we would love. We explained our "must-have's" and "must-not's" and she found us the perfect trip. We sailed with Azamara on their Italy Intensive trip. The ships are relatively small so we were able to get into small ports and we met a great group of friends onboard. Every stop was fantastic, everything went as planned and we have nothing but good things to say about Azamara. Sam helped us plan the whole trip by extending it a few days before and after the cruise. She found us the best cabin location and also found a good promotion to take advantage of. Thank you Sam! We are already talking about doing a France cruise next year!

Our hotel in Honolulu was in the perfect location and it was beautiful. Our flights were booked and secured way ahead of time and we had no issues. Our car rental was very easy and all set up! We truly did have the best family trip of our lives as our son got engaged and we enjoyed Hawaii 's beauty and history to its fullest.
