Great vacation!

Duane made everything so easy. One phone call and it was done. It was our first vacation in a long time. At first we first tried to book it ourselves, but every site we went on gave us different prices and we could not get any answers to any of our questions. Duane was able to answer all are questions and was able to book everything from plane fare to the resort even the transportation to and from the airport. It was so much easier than spending hours on the computer booking everything separately.
If we had a question all we had to do was call Duane, if he didn't have the answer he would get the answer and call us back. I once apologized for bothering him after calling him and his response was " That's what I'm here for "
I would recommend Duane highly and will use him for any future vacation needs.

Amazing Trip!

Duane helped us plan our Honeymoon to Cabo Mexico. He arraigned for the transportation to the hotel, which was nice to have one less thing to worry about. The resort was great & we had a memorable time. Duane is very personable & has done a lot of traveling himself, so we feel very comfortable booking vacations through him. Thanks Duane!

Duane is a very knowledgeable agent. He has traveled extensively himself so he knows all the in and outs of traveling. All big and small details were covered and explained. He even went as far as sending me the weather forecast for the week of our vacation. All this and a terrifically pleasant person as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Duane was great to work with in planning our trip, from the beginning of the process until the end. My wife and I went in not knowing exactly where we wanted to go for our honeymoon and Duane was very helpful in suggesting places based on our preferences. He was also very adaptable when I changed my mind several times on where we'd like to look into. He was thorough in researching all of the areas I requested information on and provided many nice options for us to choose from.
