It was great working with Raeysa! Every aspect of planning the trip went smoothly. From booking, making payments, reminders and everything in between was in excellence!! I requested a table for two when dining and it was granted. I was also given an additional on board credit with booking my cruise with Raeysa. The services I received were very professional and I will definitely use Raeysa in the future!

we were ten seniors who for the most part were not up to date on the latest technology. She was patient and available to answer our questions and assure that our mobility needs were addressed. The consierge accomodations along with the amenities were fantastic. She cared enough to check to assure there were no additional concerns . We would happily recommend her for her professional, caring service.
