My husband and I had an amazing trip to Disney World thanks to Lisa. It was our first time there so we had lots of questions about the process and she was promptly responsive . She helped us with the genie, the hotel and everything else as she had personal and professional expert with Disney World. I would highly recommend Lisa as a travel agent. She was knowledgeable and friendly and made the process of going to Disney totally smooth.

Lisa was very hands on with the planning process for our family vacation. She took time to answer and help us all with our questions and booking hotel and dinning. With a group of 10 we were worried about planning all together, but Lisa handled everything for us!

Lisa has been planning vacations for us since 2019 including a Disney cruise , a trip to Aulani in Hawaii, and a Beaches Resort vacation in Turks and Caicos. She is now planning a multigenerational cruise to Alaska for us. I cannot sing her praises her enough. She is always two steps ahead and handles everything from booking photographers on the resort to ensuring we have completed Covid testing requirements and paperwork. Her communication is top notch and she’s always available. I won’t plan a big trip without her , not only because she takes all the stress out of planning, but because it is FUN to work with her. I’m truly thankful for these amazing family vacations I would have never attempted to plan on my own.

Lisa is so knowledgeable about Disney and its properties. I haven’t been back to Disney since I was 13 but now at 32 it was just as fun and even had super cool stuff for adults. This was my first time using a travel agent, and I'm glad I did. Lisa was able to get me everything I wanted with dining and even some some if her own suggestions. I'm glad she did because I learned the hard way that Disney with a 5 year old is a lot different than Disney with adults. I had cancel a few of my reservations, but kept storybook dining that she grabbed for us. We loved it, and it was probably the highlight of our trip. When we go back I will definitely be using Lisa again.

Best Planner Ever! We had decided (last minute) to surprise our kids with a Disney Trip after Christmas and Lisa got us covered with all we needed for our stay and tickets to the parks!

Excellent experience from start to finish. We went to Disney and Universal. She was super attentive the entire time we were on vacation for any questions.

Lisa Wainwright helped my family and my sister in laws family plan a joint trip (8 people total). The trip was originally scheduled for 2024 but we decided to push it til 2025 and Lisa made it happen with no issues at all. She could not have been easier to work with and more accommodating. It was first time for us to Disney and Lisa made it the perfect magical trip for us with her reserving us rooms at the art of animation in the little Nemo family suites and explained to us how that was closer to Lonny and pool and buses and skyliner etc. which was KEY LIsa also booked our breakfast at the castle with princesses and chef Mickey meet and greet breakfast. She took care of our lightsaber building appointments for us as well. She also booked us the boat ride for fireworks which I cannot recommend enough Lightning lanes seemed overwhelming until Lisa walked me thru how to use them and the plan to maximize their efficiency. It was magic. We never waited more than 15 minutes for any ride. It allowed us to enjoy all the rides and have the kids (ages 3 thru 7) to not have meltdowns due to hour long waits. Lisa also advised about the photo pass memory maker which is worth every cent and allowed for tons of captured moments and memories for our kids and for our families without the stress of getting pics with cell phones etc I knew Disney would be a fun family trip but Lisa’s help and experience and guidance took the trip to the next level and made for magical experiences for our families I would not only 100% use Lisa when we go back to Disney but also for any other trips we plan and will recommend her to everyone we know for any Disney or other trips. Lisa Wainwright was our disney vacation planner and she was amazing! She was able to book us all of the tickets that we wanted! She was extremely knowledgeable about the lightening pass system and was able to help maximize our usage of it. This is our 2nd vacation with Lisa! We literally had the most amazing week in Disney at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party???? Now dont be jealous but we did get to go with Lisa as there have to be some perks to having ur cousin as the literal best travel agent and Expert Disney person!!!?? If you are looking specifically Disney she is your go to person! Every vacation we do thru her, which we go to Disney at least 1x per year is planned with amazing detail and the days/plans are flawless! I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa on a number of trips. She helped me with two Cancun trips as well as a Disney cruise. Lisa was knowledgeable about the locations in Cancun that I was interested in. She listened to what my goals were for this vacation and she made suggestions of places that would meet the vision I had for my trip. She helped set up transportation from the airport to the hotel and back again. She was very descriptive in what to do and how to get where I needed to be upon arrival in Cancun. Any foreign airport can be overwhelming and confusing, but I felt prepared for everything after Lisa prepped me. Prior to the trip she made sure I had her information in case there were any issues. She checked in a few days into our trip to make sure we were happy as well as following up on the back end to ask my opinion of the resort and to share any information I had. Lisa helped make our vacation one to remember, in a good way!! For our Disney cruise, she helped suggest appropriate accommodations that would best suit my family. She recommended dining times and excursions that we may find enjoyable. She explained the process and we went into it well prepared. I will use Lisa again and again in years to come. We worked with Lisa Wainwright and stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo! It was a wonderful time for our family and our kids (ages 10 & 7) loved the big waves at the beach, the water park, allllll the buffet meals and the evening entertainment. It was the perfect stay for us!

This is our third trip that Lisa has helped us with. And truly we would not do it any other way for the rest of our trips! We like to go annually around Christmas, and used to do it ourselves, but after Lisa's help it's almost like a whole new trip/experience!
