Adventure-Robbie went to Antarctica in 2023 on HX Expeditions and is going to Alaska July 2025. She has been to Alaska 5 times 1990-2024 (4 times with groups ranging from 12 to 56 guests). Viking Ocean Cruise from Iceland to Norway, she escorted a group of 26 guests in 2018.
Dude Ranches-she had been 2 different ranches and she has owned horses since she was 9 years old.

The Smile Trip

Robbie is a joy! Whenever we plan a trip with her she gets it just right. Recently, we traveled to California to meet our newest grandson. It was a two week trip with several transitions. Robbie listened accurately and knew exactly what our wishes and needs were for this trip. Often at each transition my husband and I would turn to each other and say, “Thank you, Robbie.” Because the transition would be as smooth as silk. She got it right every time and it would make us smile. Now our newest grandson gave us the biggest smile. But Robbie took the frustration and anxiety out of our trip because she planned it so well. And she planned it in such a way that we could manage it.

I have used Robbie for several trips over the years. My in-laws also use her. She has always exceeded my expectations. I have only had one issue with a trip that I had (NOT her fault). But I made one phone call to her and explained my issue with the resort. She handled it even though it was on a Sunday afternoon and was not something she done . The issue with the resort was settled in less than 12 hours. She will always look out for you and try to help you get the best experience you can have.

I don't think it's possible to have a more professional travel service than R&R. Robbie's whole team will work to get you the best deal, make sure you are prepared for anything that could come your way, and through the relationships Robbie has built over the years of honest work, she can communicate with friends to get you the best possible outcome for your trip.

Robbie and the R & R travel staff went above and beyond our expectations. From pre planning so we would know what to pack and what not to pack. To the trip itself, it's like the old saying "The best surprise is NO surprise"
Not only did Robbie coordinate our trip but we have friends in Australia and she took care of their accommodations so we could enjoy our time together.
I could go on and on about the attention to detail, like even getting our preferred seats on the flights is just one example.
So yes, I will most definitely be using R & R Travel in the future.

Holland America is the Best

Everything worked fine with Robbie and R&R travel. Parking and check in at the Ft Lauderdale cruise dock was simple with no areas. Everything on the ship was perfect. We chose the self assist option when we disembarked. Carried our own luggage. Took 17 minutes from our cabin door to our vehicle. This was our ninth cruise and the first time we chose not to set our luggage out the night before. So simple.

Good times in the Swiss Alps and on the Rhine

Got a taste of Zurich and the Swiss Alps. Well organized events and informative hosts in Zurich made our stay stress-free. Stopover in Grindelwald and the Swiss Alps were served up with bluebird skies and were a highlight in Switzerland. Transfer from land to water was seamless. Viking staff was excellent. Land excursions were planned and managed by ground personnel and all experiences were as R&R Travel had explained to us. Pre-trips tips came in handy and provided us a sense of what to expect and how to handle any unforeseen situations, none of which happen by the way.

The trip was one of the best trips we have taken. Robbie was very helpful in planning. She made many suggestions about extra activities we could do, provided extensive pre-trip information, and made numerous inquiries for answers to question we had before the trip. She also sent us reminders about deadlines and kept in touch with us regularly. She is very knowledgeable about the Collette trips. I would Def definitely recommend her to others.

Robbie has handled my travel for over thirty years. She truly listens to what I am wanting to do. I live between Birmingham and Atlanta. She always checks fares from both airports. She also checks dates surrounding my planned travel. On one trip she found that traveling a day earlier than we had planned, saved us $400 each. For each trip, she has advice for places to see and things to do that are specific for our interest.

I dealt with a few different travel agents prior to finding Robbie, she is receptive, available, and has the knowledge to truly make your dream vacation a reality. Not only was she amazing selling the trip. Robbie saved us from an impending Hurricane and was able to get us home, while others without a travel agent were stuck. We are forever thankful and never truly understood the importance of a travel agent until that day, we will not travel without her from here on out.

Due to Covid, we decided to change our entire trip to a different location thousands of miles away at the last minute and Robbie made all of this happen for us and did it all with a smile on her face! We couldn't be happier with the customer service that we received. The trip that we ultimately went on came on a recommendation from Robbie and it was perfect for what we wanted.
