Everything worked fine with Robbie and R&R travel. Parking and check in at the Ft Lauderdale cruise dock was simple with no areas. Everything on the ship was perfect. We chose the self assist option when we disembarked. Carried our own luggage. Took 17 minutes from our cabin door to our vehicle. This was our ninth cruise and the first time we chose not to set our luggage out the night before. So simple.

We called Robbie with a trip in mind and asked her to help us add an additional few days to another location. The part of the trip she planned was so much better than the part we were initially interested in. Great experiences that we could not have imagined.

Got a taste of Zurich and the Swiss Alps. Well organized events and informative hosts in Zurich made our stay stress-free. Stopover in Grindelwald and the Swiss Alps were served up with bluebird skies and were a highlight in Switzerland. Transfer from land to water was seamless. Viking staff was excellent. Land excursions were planned and managed by ground personnel and all experiences were as R&R Travel had explained to us. Pre-trips tips came in handy and provided us a sense of what to expect and how to handle any unforeseen situations, none of which happen by the way.

The trip was one of the best trips we have taken. Robbie was very helpful in planning. She made many suggestions about extra activities we could do, provided extensive pre-trip information, and made numerous inquiries for answers to question we had before the trip.
