When our departing flight was cancelled late the night before our departure she had an alternate flight booked before we even knew it and she was available to us while we were away. We enjoyed a wonderful, stress free vacation thanks to her excellent arrangements.

Yvonne was recommended to us and now I know why. From the minute we contacted her, she listened to what we were looking for, did her research, and came up with a trip itinerary that fit the bill. After that, she was very helpful answering our questions. She communicated clearly and was very quick to respond to emails. The trip was first class. We went to Amsterdam for four days and then on an AMA river cruise to Belgium. During the trip I had to contact her about an airline refund issue and when we weren't successful dealing with it ourselves, she took it upon herself to sort it out. When she had difficulty sorting it out herself, she took it to her superiors, and the issue was resolved. First class all the way. Yvonne was responsive to the point if I sent a question after hours , I still got a response usually within minutes.
As well, Yvonne set us up with a Trip Plan "app" and virtually every activity & scheduled event was organized in my mobile and at my finger tips at all times. This was incredibly helpful when planning each day and it even included suggestions for down time and tip standards etc .
We have traveled a fair bit but I can say no a single trip in the past was mapped out as detailed as this and on an app in my ph. It made things worry free the whole time.

It was my first time using a travel agent. But it won't be my last. Yvonne was so helpful in helping us book a complicated family booking just as Covid restrictions were changing. She provided so much information about travel restrictions, forms and documentation to have. Thankfully she encouraged us to get medical travel insurance as one of our party got quite sick during the trip. Yvonne was available to help support us during that time and provide some direction. This was not only helpful but also comforting trying to navigate healthcare in a primarily Spanish speaking country. Having her involved also helped us negotiate with the resort regarding compensation. I would highly recommend Yvonne.

In these uncertain times it was the best choice to have an Advisor! Yvonne listened to our wants and needs, planned and executed our travel without flaw! The best cruise experience possible

We cruised on the new Celebrity Apex. Yvonne went above and beyond given the frustrations with Air Canada cancelling and rebooking flights. Every attention to detail on our cruise was well looked after and we felt very comfortable with all the arrangements she made. We had a group of 8 and all gave glowing remarks of Yvonne's service

Yvonne was amazing to deal with, so professional, always there to help when I had questions. It was our first cruise so I had many. I was very worried about the size of the ship and getting around. My husband and I received wonderful service from Yvonne as she helped us make arrangements for our recent trip to Scotland. Yvonne was able to secure our flights and rental car. We were staying with friends so did not require accommodations. There are dozens of resorts in Varadero, Cuba, and Yvonne did a great deal of work helping us find exactly the right place. She worked very quickly and outside of business hours to make sure we got the booking we wanted. Yvonne provided a check list of travel preparations, specifically for Cuba, which we found very helpful. Our vacation was one of the most relaxing we have ever had. We stayed at the Ocean Vista Azul and opted for the ‘Privilege’ upgrade, which was very reasonable and proved to be the right choice. We would recommend it to anyone and we look forward to returning to this property in the near future. We will definitely be working with Yvonne again!
