My husband and I just came back from a Caribbean Cruise booked by Stacie from All Heart Travel. Let me just say....WOW. Everything, from the moment we left home, was taken care of. It was so nice having everything neatly placed in a folder for our access when needed. From our luggage tags to our ship boarding passes, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Stacie went above and beyond to make sure we had the experience of a lifetime for our 30 year anniversary trip! Including having chocolates sent to our room, not once but twice! She recommended lots of activities and was very informative on where to go to do all the things we wanted to do and see on our trip. stacie definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. we had a few hiccups with a resort we stayed at in mexico and she worked diligently all day to get us moved.. and then moved again lol. I was totally apprehensive about booking our flights to Maui for December 2019. I just knew I would mess it up and leave my mother-in-law in some airport and that would not be good. I asked around but no travel agent was willing to help me with just flights. Stacie contacted me and said "no problem!". She took care of everything for me and even delivered paper copies for the paranoid traveler in me. On our return trip back, we were delayed a couple times and she let me know before the airline did! We will definitely be using her to book any upcoming vacations. It was so nice to just relax and know things were taken care of!
