I’ve always loved planning and going on vacations, and I’ve been traveling non-stop since I was born! My father was a hotel manager while I was growing up, and we’d often move to new cities and live in the hotel he was managing. By 10th grade, I had attended 13 different schools across the country! My first job in high school was at a hotel, and I loved accommodating people during their vacation in any way I could.
I specialize in everything Disney along with other major parks like Universal. I plan dream vacations for families, couples, and groups of all ages. I’ve been on numerous Disney adventures with my own family, and I know how to get the most out of their parks, cruises, and resorts in any season.
One of the reasons I love Disney vacations so much is because they allow everyone to feel like a kid again. I’ve booked luxury Disney cruises for adults wishing to celebrate special occasions, and I’ve helped families with small kids enjoy their first trip to Disney World without any stress. As a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge, I can provide a unique insight into their parks so you have time to enjoy yourself without ever feeling overwhelmed.
Along with Disney, I also work with many top cruise lines and help people of all ages enjoy the Caribbean Islands, Hawaii, Europe, and beyond.

A fantastic vacation arranged by Maureen

Maureen planned an incredible vacation for our family. Our group was large (22 people) with a big age range (1 year-70 years), but that didn’t phase Maureen!
Not only did Maureen recommend and book fantastic accommodations at Aulani for us, but she also arranged dinners, airport transfers, and more! Everyone in our group loved the vacation and I (as the usual family organizer) loved knowing that someone else was taking care of all the details.
Maureen responded quickly to all communication and helped make this an incredible trip! She even gave suggestions for sightseeing and things to do outside the resort.
We were so impressed that we’ve already asked her to begin working on another vacation for us!

First time to the West Coast Parks

Maureen replied to my emails promptly even when I emailed late at night. Her help in constantly contacting Disney to book some dining reservations for me was a relief for me. An exhaustingly perfect vacation

Working with Maureen was a breeze! We had certain "must haves" for our trip and other things that weren't a big deal. Maureen made it all happen. She was great at sending reminders and suggestions before the trip to make sure we didn't forget or miss out on anything. Maureen is very knowledgeable about the parks, how Genie+ works and all the other ins and outs that you may not think of. Genie+ was crucial for our family to not have to wait in some long lines and Memory Maker is worth it!! It had been 11 years since our last Disney World vacation and a lot has changed since then. Maureen answered all my questions and added a great personal touch of customer service to booking our trip.

Much Needed Disney Trip was Amazing!

Sandals Curacao-AMAZING!

30th anniversary cruise

Long awaited amazing cruise

With the help of Maureen, our trip to Walt Disney World was fun, relaxing, great family time, and stress free! She helped plan out everything for us from transportation, what resort to stay at, which fast passes to book, to a detailed schedule at each park of which attractions to visit to ensure that we were able to do everything we wanted to do. She made sure to give us helpful suggestions and tips along the way and even checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was well. We booked our spring break Disney World package with Maureen and I’m so glad we did! She made sure we had all of the details perfectly planned, all the way down to what stroller to rent and what clothes to pack. She even booked the stroller rental for us! She helped us manage all the little problems that came up during our trip, so we never had to do anything but enjoy all of the Disney magic. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to the coronavirus outbreak, but Maureen took care of EVERYTHING! She got our lost hotel and park ticket days refunded due to the extraordinary circumstances. I would have had to spend hours on the phone doing that, but she took care of it all. I will book with Maureen every chance I get. You just don’t find this kind of personalized customer service anywhere else.

Planning Relief!

Maureen was very excited to help us plan our trip to Vancouver. We had never been there and as we are not natural "planners," felt stuck in not knowing where to stay or what to do. Maureen and her family had just been to Vancouver and scouted out a hotel for us. It was perfect! The old Sylvia hotel, by the English Bay and Stanley Park was charming with a beautiful view. Maureen gave us so many ideas of things to do while we were there that we felt like we were hitting the highlights in our short stay. She also booked the train for us to Seattle and then on to Portland. We loved sitting back, relaxing and traveling that way.

Sometimes planning a family vacation can be stressful & discouraging when you do it on your own. I say this out of experience. Last year it was different! My family and I placed our full trust in "Dreams By Design Travel with Maureen" and we could not have been any happier. Maureen was the absolutely best! She took all the guess work out and made planning our first Disney family vacation a breeze. All we literally had to do was show up, everything was taken care of from dinner reservations, Fast Pass Selections, Character Dining, etc. She created day to day itineraries based on wait times, places to eat.
