Anchors Away Travel - Fun Family Travel For All

I became a Travel Agent because of one very simple fact: I LOVE TO TRAVEL WITH MY FAMILY. I have always enjoyed researching a new destination, planning the schedule details and finding the perfect match for whatever type of experience we are looking for.As a wife and mom to 3 tween girls, I understand all too well the challenges facing families on a daily basis. It is so difficult to unplug and just appreciate the world and the people around us, to step away from the daily grind of homework, sports, activities and work and just be present in the moment. What better way to escape the business of busy-ness and truly bond with your loved ones than by experiencing the world together?I am also aware that families come in all forms, which is why I want to help single parents navigate the complexities of travel, LBGTQ families find welcoming places to visit and help parents of children with physical and neurological challenges find an adventure that is not only manageable, but exciting! My background in educational Occupational Therapy and my Certified Autism Travel Professional status are particularly useful when it comes to understanding the needs of this particular group of families.There are no words to explain the unparalleled joy I feel when I witness the smiles on my girls' faces when they visit a puppy adoption center in Turks and Caicos, their bravery while parasailing over the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, the genuine giggles on an exciting theme park ride, their teamwork while river rafting, or the curiosity and interest while engaging with people from backgrounds so very different from theirs.It is my honor to help other families build these types of experiences with their families. I want to help build these types of memories for YOUR family!
