She was unbelievable planning out the absolute best vacation of our lives. Going over and above even giving us a backpack full of extras to make sure we would love our trip. She kept us updated and well informed of any changes weather it was the airlines or the itinerary making us as comfortable as possible right up the day of our departure. She was very easy to work with especially when you consider what a pain in the ass I can be. I think I changed my travel dates, destination and budget about 4 times in our first conversation alone. Kelly helped us map out a trip through Florida where we have several family members staying in various parts of the state. She helped me squeeze so much into 8 days and helped me big time finding affordable flights for 6 along with beautiful hotels in multiple locations throughout our trip.

This is the second time our family has enlisted Kelly's services as a travel advisor. Our first experience was an awesome family trip to Yellowstone National Park she arranged on short notice and it was an amazing trip so naturally we decided to consult Kelly when we decided to take a Disney cruise. Kelly laid out our options and took care of booking everything for us so there was essentially no work on our part. Our trip was scheduled for April 2020, but unfortunately all cruises were cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic--no problem for Kelly though as she took the time to rebook us for the following year and even managed to get us a cruise credit and moved our travel insurance too. Since the pandemic is still raging 1 year later we unfortunately have had to cancel our cruise, which Kelly got done right away. Kelly has saved us a ton of time with planning, booking, rescheduling, cancelling etc. and we can't wait to book our future travels with her!
