Reaching out to Matt for help in planning our trip to Epcot was an excellent idea! In order for any Disney trip to be successful, you really have to know the ropes - that’s where Matt comes in. He is a wealth of information and knows the tips and tricks that really make all the difference! He stayed on top of things and was very easy to communicate with. We had an absolutely wonderful trip and I believe that is in large part due to Matt and his expertise.

All Inclusive Honeymoon

Matt has been our go-to for a lot of our trips. He was extra helpful especially with the Covid restrictions for this trip and a HERO the day we arrived in Aruba. The resort had an issue with our reservation and after asking him to step in he had our issues resolved within an hour (including the time it took to send him the information and for the hotel to fix THEIR problem). It was really a relief to have someone to help with issues instead of having to go back and forth with the resort lobby staff.
