Kim was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She provided great suggestions and details to consider while planning our trip. When we had issues with our flight (that was not even part of the travel plans she made for us), Kim was right on top of the situation sending information and helping us along. I look forward to working with her again!

Kim was very informative and answered all my questions big and small. She made planning the trip easy and gave many helpful tips and ideas about the trip. It was a memorable life time trip for my kids and I. Many memories and laughs were made.

We had a great time in Hawaii. Kim was able to find an off site restaurant that was able to meet my special dietary needs and the food was excellent! Every detail was planned for me, so all I had to do was enjoy my vacation. Thanks for going above and beyond!

We cannot say enough about the care Kim took in arranging our trip to Disney with 2 grandchildren. Her expertise allowed us to relax and refer to her detailed itinerary (which we could follow or not as each day unfolded). Seriously do not know how we could have done this trip without her ! She made ALL our arrangements from flights to restaurant options/choices and reservations. She was able to give us suggestions to certain areas daily, to accommodate the probable interest of our 7 and 13 year old grandchildren. Our room was lovely, the Grand Floridian was amazing. In spite of very unusual cold weather the week we were they we had a terrific time. I credit our "successful" vacation to her efforts to have us organized, with a flexible itinerary, before we even stepped on the plane. We are a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 girls (ages 19, 17 and 13). Their favorite was all you can eat ice cream cones. The club for ages 14-17 was slightly disappointing. Our expectation was more of dance party (club) but that wasn't the case. Not a big deal, she found other things to do. They did enjoy the family karaoke. The waterslide on the ship was awesome for all family members. Pirate night was a big hit too.

Grandchildren enjoyed both parks and really took advantage of club level breakfast and snacks at Universal. Youngest at 4 kept up with the older ones on all rides Rollercoasters she was tall enough to get on. Great memories. Thanks again. When asked everyone liked both parks and the characters opportunities.

My husband and I traveled with 5 other couples and we all had an amazing time! Our hotel was in a great location - walkable to many restaurants, shops, etc. And our excursions we so much fun. Kim put together a great itinerary and did a wonderful job from start to finish! Shout out to Tinna our tour guide in Iceland ??

What an amazing trip to Iceland. We had a group of 6 couples and Kim worked with us to plan the perfect trip. She planned the trip with Kensington and we had a private bus for our tours to Blue Lagoon, Lava tube tour, Northern Lights Tour, waterfalls, Tomato Farm Lunch and tour and highlight of trip was our Glacier hike. We also enjoyed the food tour of Reykjavik on our last day. Our hotel was in the perfect location and enjoyed many amazing restaurants in Iceland. Our Kensington tour guide was Tinna and she went over and beyond to guide us on an amazing journey. Five action packed days??We will be having a group meeting to plan our next trips in 2026 and we will definitely be working with Kim.

Iceland is a beautiful country with lots of outdoor activities with great scenery. We saw glaciers, waterfalls, lagoons, geysers throughout. Lots of hiking!

Kim did an awesome job of setting us up with a variety of great tours for our trip to Iceland. We were only there for a short while (4 1/2 days) but Kim managed to sign us up for a variety of great tours, from hiking on a glacier, to visiting a number of beautiful waterfalls, seeing geysirs and relaxing in the Blue Lagoon.

We had a wonderful vacation in Hawaii. Kim was very helpful in helping us plan our hotels as well as which sites to see on each island!

We had a wonderful time working g with Kim to plan our trip to London and a Northern Cites Cruise. Kim had great ideas for shore excursions and London Experiences she was a pleasure to work with and I can’t wait to plan our next trip with her.

Kim made herself available when it was convenient for me. She paid attention to our requests and delivered . We were not disappointed with the way she set up our itinerary and it proved to be what was presented and was easy to follow and made us feel secure as we were traveling overseas. We were very impressed with all aspects of our trip and will certainly call on her for the future trips we want to plan.

Kim was very helpful and was very attentive with helping on short notice during our trip. She was able to assist in changing a few things immediately and was able to explain things very well.

Kim suggested to upgrade to the concierge level- what a great recommendation. We were able to have breakfast, snacks , and late night drinks in the comfort of the hotel. Kim also gave us many helpful hints to make our Disney experience fantastic.

Easy to get in touch with, especially when I was traveling and had an issue. Prior to leaving, she detailed the trip. She made great suggestions on where to stay and all we liked each place.

Kim always makes sure that every detail is completed in a timely manner and makes sure that I have received info and gives lots of ideas to do on vacation such as places to see or eat

Kim was wonderful. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Alaska. She helped make it a once in a lifetime special event for us. She was attentive, extremely helpful , and always looking out for us. She was a great friend.

Planned our Disneyland vacation perfectly. Highly recommended the Disneyland Californian Hotel Club Level and it was great. Great recommendation. Added Disney Genie + and it really helped with the lines and made the entire trip enjoyable.

Helped plan a flawless vacation to Walt Disney World. Daughter's first trip and she wanted a Princess theme. Kim was able to get reservations for us to eat in Cinderella's Castle, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Magic Kingdom, multiple character dinings that we requested. Arranged stroller rental. Recommended the theme park view at the Contemporary which was great to see the fireworks from our room. Everything was just as we asked. Great trip!

Recommended the Perfect place, Sun, Fun and Relaxing. A beautiful place with dolphins and a spa. All water sport, fishing also. Friendly helpful staff and always something going on. Thanks for recommending Hawks Cay. You found a perfect fit.
