Elisa rocks! After having a poor experience with an agent that specialized in Disney races last year, my sister-in-law told me about Elisa . Elisa was awesome. She learned everything she needed to get both my sister and I enrolled in the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend so we could have some special time together. She booked an excellent room for us, on property, got us set up with park passes, and shared dining plan information with us. The trip was a success, due to Elisa's planning and assistance!

• New Millennium Falcon ride in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
• Firework's Show.
• Our suite was perfect.
• E-Ticket Lounge.
• Lunch @ Blue Bayou & Dinner @ Carthay Circle.
• The VIP tour at Universal Studios was perfect.

So, Olga's Cantina at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge we felt was a waste of time. We were not impressed, just a long wait for an expensive drink.

Disney fans here! This was the first time for us going to Walt Disney World and even though we know the ins and outs of Disneyland (CA), WDW was a bit overwhelming, and we wanted to plan it right! From arranging the hotel, getting our park tickets, to hotel/airport transfers, to timely notifying us of important dates for restaurant reservations, Elisa was on it!! What a magical trip to France! This was our first trip to Europe, and we needed some help. It took 4 years of planning and changing for us to really go to Disney World, because of the planning year and then COVID! Elisa was TERRIFIC through it all! Elissa is so helpful, a good listener, and quick to respond to questions and suggestions, She worked within the budget we gave her and provided some great suggestions of places we should see. Elisa's third-party vendor made a major mistake in booking our hotel using my minor grandchild's name. This caused us to be unable to check into our hotel. When we called her from London (an 8-hour time difference) to tell her we needed help she got on it and resolved the problem as fast as possible. I am working with Elisa on a future trip and know I can trust her to "dot all the i's and cross all the t's." In part, what separates Elisa from others is that she not only books a trip, but she follows up during the trip, and after to make sure all is going well.

Elisa was amazing! She was so incredibly helpful and was able to quickly answer any questions I had. I was traveling with my two best friends and did not want to rent a car. Elisa was able to provide transfers to and from the airport, and provide amazing excursions, which allowed us to see some of the sites that were outside of the cities we were staying in. She used her own travel experiences as a reference for places to stay, tours to go on, and sites to see. The amount of detail she put into our "day by day" itinerary was so helpful and made it very easy to access while we were abroad. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family!

Elisa was exceptionally attentive to planning my three-week Portugal trip in real-time, sometimes less than 24 hours before a hotel or execursion booking. After our initial call of understanding my tastes and preferences for travel, she was able to source the best hotel recommendations, in tandem with a few restaurant options. Elisa is quick to respond, and goes to exentensive lengths to ensure your trip runs as smoothly as possible. In another instance, I decided to fly to the Azores Islands and notified Elisa less than 48 hours before the flight. Not only did she find the cutest boutique hotel in historic center city of Ponta Delgada, she offered a three detailed itinerary options for my trip.

Elisa was great! We had a group of 14 which included an addition right before dining reservations were made (like legit the night before!) and making adjustments went smoothly with her help! We had 4 room reservations and while we were together as a group we also had separate plans. She helped make planning easy for us!
