I had the best Italy vacation because of Jennifer! She walked us thru the beginning to the very end. I couldn't have done it without her!

We booked 6 of us on the Star of the Seas in February and sailed in October. Jennifer walked us through every details, provided pertinent information as well as fun facts for our trip, and answered every question (big & small)! She's the best!

Jennifer made what seemed like a daunting task into a simple and seamless dream vacation. Everything from getting the rooms we really wanted, preferred dining time to arranging the scooter for my husband to be comfortable for boarding. We could not have been more pleased!

Azamara Cruise line was great. Easy transfers on ship and to excursions. Disembarking could have been done better. Everyone was stuck on staircase for an hour before letting us to our buses to airport. All the excursions were great except the Rome golf cart tour. We passed the sights with no stopping and they had no audio equipment to let us know where we were. In last row on golf cart and we couldn't hear guide at all. Jennifer was great and followed our flights home with updates by email and texts.

This was our first family vacation since 2019. Jennifer really listened to what we wanted as a family and planned accordingly. It was a great trip that went so smoothly.

Jennifer was so awesome in helping to plan our first family cruise! I had cruised several times before but never with children. She walked us through that with ship recs, excursion recs, travel documents, etc. She made sure we were set and was glad to chat and answer any questions I had along the way. She was able to bundle all of our travel expenses into one insurance policy, which gave us such peace of mind leading up to our travel day. We highly recommend her and would gladly use her again in the future!

Jennifer helped us plan and book a trip including stops in Seattle Washington, and a 21 day Norwegian Cruise through the Panama Canal! Everything went very smoothly and she was an outstanding resource.

In short, you just can't go wrong having Jen as your travel agent!

Thank you, Jennifer, for making our cruise booking experience so simple and carefree! We initially booked a trip to Alaska with Princess Cruise Lines but had to reschedule the dates and then decided to wait on Alaska for now. Jennifer helped us pick the perfect cruise to move our deposit over to.

We chose Sun Princess's inaugural Fort Lauderdale cruise this past week! Thanks to Jennifer we didn't have to worry about anything from how to get to a port we had never been to yet, to where to eat and what to do while on the cruise. She checked in throughout the months to make sure we completed our check in process on the Princess app, ordered our medallions (which we were not familiar with at all!), booked our meals that were included in our trip booking and just to make sure we were all set. She was always quick to answer any questions I had too!

After earning a cruise through the Casino, we scheduled a back to back on the same ship but we had 2 different cabins reserved. Jennifer was able to help us locate an available cabin for the cruise she booked and at the same time coordinate with the Casino agent to get the same cabin for that cruise. It was such a seamless transition with being able to stay in the same room for both cruises. Jennifer also assists us with our Travel Insurance which gives us the peace of mind when traveling outside of the US that we have the necessary coverage for medical or accidental emergencies.
