Joy has extensive knowledge of both theme parks (Disney and Universal) we have visited along with so many insider tips for our Disney cruise. This was on top of coordinating transportation, meal plans, etc. She was available anytime I had a question and was very quick to help us out! She removed any stress from the planning process and allowed us to enjoy our vacation with no hiccups or surprises. Can't wait to travel again with Joy's help!

Joy was amazing! She answered all of my questions without hesitation. I had a lot of questions since this would be my first cruise. Her recommendations were spot on. I was so pleased with her expertise and assistance that I knew just who to contact when I decided later in the year to surprise my boys with a trip to Universal Studios Orlando. Joy planned my daughters' trip to Disneyworld/Orlando last spring! They had such an incredible time, stayed on grounds and took advantage of every early and late park admission. Joy set them up for success with all the Disney apps so that they could fast pass through the day. Will always book our trips with Joy from now on!!!
