My Cruising Travels!

I did not personally work with her, but from what I heard, she was very helpful and made sure that we were happy with our vacation.

Sonia was on top of everything for the trip, open to our suggestions and adapting what to look for, and made sure we were ready right before the trip.

Sonia exceeded my expectations at every turn. I have never taken my 2 younger sons on a vacation via an airplane. Sonias hatd work and communication made it go smoothly. For me it was effortless to plan and take the trip of ours. Not only was she very knowledgable about the disney process, she went above and beyond again by creating a card stock anouncemnt disney design for me to use to announce our trip as a christmas presenet. I would certainly reccommend her to anyone who is planning to travel anywhere

Sonia is very professional. We told her the kind vacation and area we were interested in visiting. Sonia quickly followed up with different options for us. Once we chose our destination we met with her to discuss details of our trip. Throughout the process she kept in touch with us.

Sonia also helped me book a trip to New York. Due to the coronavirus we had to cancel. She let us know our options and cheerfully refunded our money.

She was very helpful with our group cruise. Unfortunately, the cruise was cancelled, but Sonia stayed on top of our choice of booking another cruise or getting a refund. She was easy to work with, and had some very helpful ideas.

Sonia was excellent in helping us plan our trip to the Dominican Republic. She was extremely friendly and was able to work around any issues that came up while planning (like a date change). She made things stress-free and really worked with us to make our vacation great. She made phone calls when needed and set up everything ahead of time for us. It was easy to follow the finalized itinerary and we never had any issues while down there. She was great and I’ll definitely use her for future vacation planning! I’d highly recommend her for anyone planning a trip!

A family trip for 10, everything booked 5 months ahead. I made many changes along the way & a 11th hour significant change; Sonia calmly took care of all. We were off on our vacation, having a wonderful time. The day before we were to fly home I end up in the hospital – Sonia calmly dealt with all the travel changes. It was scary times; this was all happening at the same time Covid-19 was hitting the US, things were crazy. Sonia checked in with me constantly & went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I am sure this was her busiest time ever due to Covid-19, she made me feel like her #1 priority - I have no doubt she made all her customers feel the same.
When I started planning this trip I really pondered whether to do it myself or get a Travel Agent, I am so thankful I got a travel agent & am thankful it was Sonia/Travel Leaders – she went out of her way to take care of us before & during the craziest time in the travel industry w/Covid-19. I wanted to go to Brazil to visit some friends in multiple locations and had a very limited window to work with. Sonia was super friendly, she helped me work around my personal plans and worked out an itinerary that fit my needs perfectly. Got a good deal on my flights (I was comparing flights at home) and a really good insurance plan to go along with it! I was also alerted to slight departure time changes which I really appreciated. Overall I had an amazing time in Brazil and a great experience with Sonia!

We loved having Sonia as our travel agent! She was very responsive to any questions we had and was very quick to fulfill any requests that we had. She was available any time we needed her, even during our trip. While planning the trip she was able to work with any dates we gave her and found great options to choose from for resorts. She was also able to get the resort to give us a room with one of the best views. We knew we wanted to do some excursions while we were there and she sent us a few options to choose from. Overall, we had a great experience and will use Sonia again for future trips!

Sonia did an excellent job of finding us a great deal on travel and hotel for a trip to New York City. She was available for any questions we had, and the only negative is that we were unable to take the trip (for now) due to the coronavirus outbreak. You can be certain that once we can travel again, we will use Sonia for our travel agent!

Sonia was very helpful while planning our trip to Europe. When Corona virus struck and changes needed to be made, she continued to keep us up to date on our options. She ultimately was successful in securing a refund for us. I would definitely recommend using her for your travel plans.

We have 8 people traveling together ages 22-84 and Sonia arranges everything and we all enjoy ourselves. Sonia is a great coordinator and Keeper of the Family Peace!

After she booked the trip, she made sure we had all of our travel documents!! She even checked to see if there was anything else she could help with!! She really cares!
