Our experience with Carol was one I will never forget! When planning our honeymoon in 2019, we had no idea where in Cancun we wanted to stay. Carol immediately provided us with a list of resorts after asking some questions about what we would like. She was great at providing us full details of our stay, from the room, the service, the honeymoon specials and even helped us get a nice private dinner for 2 on the beach! But all of this isn’t even the best part. Due to COVID, we had to cancel our trip ( planned for March 2020). We decided to plan for July 2020. Carol was amazing at rescheduling everything and was so quick to respond and find solutions for any problems we encountered. The worst part was finding flights because of limited seating. It seemed like as soon as we agreed on a flight time and clicked on it, the availability was gone. Carol stayed on top of things & finally got everything done for us.
