Wonderful Mexico Vacation

Shera was so great to work with from start to finish. She helped us coordinate a trip to a Mexico all-inclusive for a group of us from different states, departing on different days. One guest left a few days earlier than the rest so we had to move and combine rooms mid-week, Shera made that super easy for us (if you’ve ever booked an all-inclusive through a travel website I’m pretty sure that’d be impossible to figure out). She was very responsive throughout, sent us lots of information to prepare us for our trip once it was booked, checked in via email a few days in to be sure things were going well, and checked in right after. She helped coordinate a special dinner for us too so we didn’t have to worry about arranging it ourselves when we got there. She definitely helped take the stress out of the travel arrangements. Honeymoon of our dreams!

Shera helped my husband and I plan the honeymoon of our dreams! She was so easy to work with and dealt with all of my crazy requests. She picked out the most fabulous hotels for us and had great recommendations for places to visit. I dont know how we could have planned this trip on our own. She made it so stress free, in budget, and manageable! Her personality and sense of humor made her a complete joy to work with in addition to all the time and extra phone calls she put into our honeymoon. I really cannot imagine a future trip without her organization and planning skills!

Perfect Mother Daughter trip.

Once In A Lifetime Trip!

Shera helped me plan a family trip to Jamaica to celebrate a wedding anniversary. She provided much better information than I could find on any of the travel ratings web sites (and hit a home run with her resort recommendation!). She made all of our airline and resort reservations quickly, efficiently, and with an expertise I sorely lacked. It was a complicated trip since we had seven people coming from two different states, but she managed to coordinate all our flights so we arrived and departed from Jamaica within 20 minutes of each other. She was a wealth of knowledge, and patiently responded to all of my questions and requests, and did so very quickly, often immediately. Shera put together a fabulous trip for us that was once-in-a-lifetime special. As far as I’m concerned, she is a travel agent extraordinaire, and I am definitely looking forward to working with her again on our next trip.

Great last minute trip to Cozumel Mexico Shera

Shera is truly an experienced Travel Specialist. My husband and I decided we wanted to take a last minute trip to surprise our friends at the Melia in Cozumel. We had been checking prices and called Shera and were surprised she was able to get a better prices then what we had found. Shera went above and beyond to request a King bed , informed the hotel we were returning guests and requested a room with a sea view (we paid for a garden view). We received the requested upgrades and welcome back greeting. Our previous Travel Specialist retired and Shera is now our

I have been a many vacations that I had. It used a travel agent. My recent trip I used Shera and I will never book on my own again. It was so nice to have all the research and information she provided to us that we would have never fell upon on our own. It was so nice to be able to just giver her some dates and a destinations and she did all the foot work. She continually gave us updates on our flights, the weather and events goin on while we were goin to be there. It was like having my own assistant and I will continually use Shera for all the trips I plan in the future. I highly recommend her.

Colorado Birthday Trip!

Shera made it easy for my dream concert experience to happen! She found a great hotel close to Red Rocks Amphitheater but also in a location with opportunity to explore neighborhoods of Denver or make a day trip into the mountains. Rental car experience went smoothly and she set up the perfect vehicle to cruise along mountain roads. Flights were timed well and comfortable. (Denver is less than 2hrs, btw, you should go!) Price was great. I stressed about this trip for awhile, but felt so relieved after I called Shera. I had so much fun and have her to thank for taking care of it all! :)

Best impromptu trip we’ve ever had!

Shera really helped me out in a pinch. I was traveling to Mexico for a destination wedding. The wedding planner the couple used didn't arrange flights or transport. I was able to email Shera last minute and she gave me great options for both the flights and transport including the pro's and con's of each choice. First Cruise

We usually plan our own trips but because this was our first cruise, we decided to use a travel agent . Shera listened to what we wanted and didn't want on our cruise and booked the perfect land/sea adventure. She took care of all the details and was only a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns. She even checked on us during our trip to make sure we were safe as there were wild fires near where we were traveling. Beautiful beaches and warm friendly people

Working with Shera was easy. She was honest about the property I stayed at so my expectations weren't too high and that was a good thing. The breakfast was good but the rest of the food was sub-par. They basically served the same thing every night. Good thing there were nice places to go eat that weren't to far away. My room was clean and comfortable for the most part but there were a few broken tiles on the floor that came up when you walked on them and the room was by the road so it was very noisy.

Family Holiday Vacation

I told Shera our family was interested in taking a vacation around the holidays. After she asked me a few basic questions about time frame, budget, locations, family interests, and priorities she said she'd get back to me.
Within a day she had sent several options for fabulous vacations. We tweaked a few details, and booked a 5 night stay in an all inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen.
Our family just got back a little over a week ago, and it was perfect!! Shera even telephoned me afterwards to check and follow up to make sure our expectations had been met. Yes they were, and we'd work with Shera again in a heartbeat. She made booking the perfect trip a whole lot easier than searching options on our own.

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing destination for our anniversary. Shera listened to the details of a vacation, which were important to us. She helped us narrow down a location with hotel options to fit our needs. We stayed at a the beautiful Paradisus La Perla with upgraded royal service. Best Vacation EVER!!!

Shera is wonderful! If you want someone to listen to your wants/needs and then find the perfect place to send you, Shera is your gal! My husband and I were traveling with two 8-year-olds, so we wanted something kid friendly, but we also wanted something we could enjoy as adults. Figured it wasn't likely she'd find a place to hit those very different requests, but she did! Guy Harvey Outpost was the best of both worlds. Lots of swimming and nightly s'mores for the kids, but beach cabanas and outdoor couches with fire tables for us - plus clear sight lines between the different areas so we could relax without feeling like we were "losing" our kids. It was absolutely perfect - thanks Shera!!

The BEST trip of our lives!

Shera did an excellent job for our very first trip to Sweden and Finland! Every detail of our trip from hotels, train tickets, airplane tickets, were so perfectly arranged that we were able to see so much in such a short period of time. We were so impressed at how convenient she had our hotels located in so much that accessing either the trains or the airport, and even the areas surrounding our hotels were easily done. I know the success of our trip was greatly due to all the effort Shera did in organizing and planning everything to make sure we had ample time to accomplish whatever we needed to do. Loved working with Shera, and have already referred her. I have traveled extensively and yet I had not really used a travel agent in the past, now with internet it seems so easy to just book yourself. However, we felt we would use an agent again, and in particular Shera. We had one 'snafoo' with weather delays and our flights and she helped us out over her weekend while with family. We were very appreciative.
We traveled to an area we hadn't really explored before and her help and advice was great - I felt she and I connected in our styles being the same and I trust her opinions on the various locations we had considered. She was very patient with us as we were tough to make decisions!

Shera booked us a an incredible vacation at a great price at a stunning resort. She was timely with responses and very professional throughout the process. She even made reservations for us at the dinner and caberet show that was difficult to get in to that we wouldn't have thought of ahead of time. St. Lucia with a toddler

I found Shera while trying to book a trip for myself, my husband, and my toddler to St. Lucia. Shera did EVERYTHING for us! All we had to do was show up! Everything went incredibly smoothly! Our few conversations were fun and informative. Shera seemed eager to make this a splendid trip for all of us. Highlights were the Ring of Kerry tour, our day in Dingle, coffee, tea and scones at Dromoland Castle/Hotel, a "lovely sandwich" at a roadside cafe near the Cliffs of Moher, attending Mass at the Cathedral of Our Lady Assumed into Heaven in Galway, and sharing the week with people I love. Best accommodations were at the Muckross in Killarney but all were clean and comfortable. Without exception, the staff welcomed us in a kind and gracious manner. And the weather was perfect!

Working with Shera was very straightforward. We knew our dates, and relative location and she took care of the rest. We were set up with a rental car straight from the airport and our lodging was less than 20mins by car from our desired destination. We experienced zero hassles with our reservations. Perfect Trip

We provided Shera with all our requirements for our trip to Punta Cana and she was able to find us with 3-4 resorts that fit. We did our research and forwarded our likes and dislikes with each one and eventually picked our final destination. She was spot on with our selection. The resort we vacationed at was excellent and was everything we wanted.

Perfect escape from the cold!!

We booked our vacation far in advance and were traveling with another couple, our only plans aside from sitting ocean/poolside all week was to golf a couple times...from when we booked to the day we took flight, Shera periodically checked in and updated us on what to expect and what the weather was doing. She got us direct flights to and from, set up two complimentary rounds of golf, direct transportation from/to the airport (not having to stop at 10 other resorts to drop others off) and we ended up having rooms right next to one another with our friends. Despite the periodic rain and wind the vacation was exceptional.
Traveling out of the country can be a stressful process these days but Shera really puts your mind at ease and genuinely cares about the experience you have...I would recommend without question and book with her again in a heartbeat.

Shera was fabulous to work with! I called her out of the blue without any previous experience with a travel agent. She gave me the time of day right from the get go, and helped me sort through planning a trip that had become a bit of a nightmare! We knew we wanted to get out of the continental US, but I had an expired passport I had recently renewed but didn't know when I would get it (which resulted in a mad wife!), that added a layer of complexity. We also wanted to find somewhere where COVID guidelines did not put us at risk of not getting back home. Within 48 hours of first calling Shera, we had our new vacation spot booked (Puerto Rico!), and we had just a fabulous time. WIll 100% be using Shera again. Such a no-brainer to have an expert help you for what amounts to a small fee! Thanks for the help, Shera!

Wonderful anniversary cruise

Shera planned a wonderfull cruise for our 41st anniversary on the Celebrity Silhouette. It was an excellent choice during spring break time. It was a little quieter than many other ships we have been on. The cruisers were very lively and respectful Beautiful ship, great food, and entertainment. She picked the best vacation possible..... the weather forecast when we left home showed widespread rain fo the whole week..... Shera even fixed the weather. Perfect everyday. Haha!
