Sarah took care of every detail for our honeymoon so we wouldn't have to think or worry. From airport transportation to dinner reservations. She took the time to listen to what was important to us for our trip and delivered! We cannot stress enough how grateful we are for all of her help and making our honeymoon unforgettable!

Sarah was recommended to us from a friend and she helped us book a last minute all-inclusive trip to Cancun, Mexico. We took our 3 kids out of the country for the first time. She was so helpful in finding us a resort that had a family suite that would fit our family and also the amenities we wanted at the resort for the kids to enjoy. It was an amazing trip for family. We gave her a budget and she found us a deal that was well under what we were anticipating to spend. She answered all the questions I had and offered a lot of recommendations for activities. We will for sure recommend Sarah to family and friends and for sure use her again for our traveling needs!

Just got back from our 2 week Northern Italy Trip. It was definitely a trip of a lifetime and we couldn't have done it without all of Sarah Miller's Planning and organization. From the transportation arrangements, to the Hotel selections, to the tours she had arranged, everything was perfect.

Sarah did such an amazing job planning our honeymoon in Italy! She incorporated hopes and dreams for both my husband and me, and the experiences we had were unforgettable. From the hotel choices & views, to the logistics, to the tours - she thought of everything. During our trip, we experienced an unexpected train strike on a travel day. Sarah was incredibly communicative and helpful during this time. We will definitely use her for future travels and we recommend her highly to others!

Sarah did a fantastic job helping us plan a fabulous Mediterranean Cruise for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We would never have been able to pick hotels in Athens or Barcelona (we stayed in Athens 2 days before cruise and in Barcelona 2 days after our cruise). Not only were the hotels that Sarah chose perfect, the tours that she arranged were super! The Sun Princess Ship was also a great choice. We greatly appreciated that Sarah took into account our likes/dislikes and budget! We will definitely be using her services again for our next "bucket list" trip to Abu Dhabi for a Formula 1 trip and a cruise to Australia/New Zealand.

Sarah Miller, with Magical Moments Vacations, crafted our incredible trip to Spain! First, she interviewed us to find out our interests and goals for the trip. She kept us posted during the planning stages and we were able to make changes, as desired. When the trip was finalized, we took off for Spain! The daily activities she scheduled included tapas tours, walking tours, a cooking class where we made paella, an historical tour of the Alhambra, a tour of the Prado, plus a sunset boat cruise on the Mediterranean. All were interesting, fun, and were in-line with our personal preferences. Our guides were amazing and the tempo of the trip was perfect for us. Our hotel locations were comfortable, very safe, and about a 10 minute walk to many of the local sights and attractions. Travel within the country including train trips and the airport pick up/drop off went smoothly. Don't hesitate to have Sarah create the trip of a lifetime for you!

Sarah helped our organize our multiple familes so we could find a place that was the best choice for everyone involved. We had ages from 2 to 67 and everyone had specific requests. Sarah was able to find a resort that was perfect for our group and within our budget.

From my first conversation with Sarah, I knew I had made the right connection for my trip to France. My trip was perhaps a bit more complicated than some since I was traveling with my daughter who had interests and ideas for the trip that were similar to mine, but then we needed to consider the interests of my three teenage granddaughters also on the trip. Sarah assembled a diverse itinerary that covered everyone's interests and preferences to a tee. She was always responsive to my many questions and requests from the early planning stages right through to the actual travel days when we made some adjustments based on weather. When our flight home was cancelled twice, due to a workers' ground strike at Charles de Gaulle airport, Sarah fought for us to find expedient transportation home, all the while maintaining her pleasant demeanor as if we were her only clients. Sarah was an all-around professional, and I would happily reconnect with her for future travel plans.

We had such an amazing trip! It was a perfect balance of time in the Arenal Volcano region and Tamarindo. We felt that we experienced so much of what Costa Rica has to offer! Thank you for all of your help planning and coordinating. It was so nice not to have to worry about transfers or booking activities. I’m certain we will reach out in the future to plan another trip.

Sarah was fantastic to work with at every point in our honeymoon planning process! We were striking out on our luck with finding a reliable travel agent to help us plan our honeymoon. After being ghosted by a different travel agent/company, Sarah was recommended to us by a family friend. We came to her in a panic about a month and a half before our honeymoon, and we were worried that it wouldn't be enough time to plan a big trip overseas. We were pleasantly surprised that Sarah agreed to helping us out with an eager attitude, saying "I'm always up for a challenge!" :) She was very professional and had great ideas for things we might enjoy during our time there. We appreciated how she was able to come up with a map of which cities were worth visiting in the UK (and when to avoid certain cities, like London during Wimbledon), transportation and other ideas of how we could get to each place, and a good variety of tours and ample free time for us to explore places ourselves. When we gave some feedback after her first itinerary draft, she happily looked into making adjustments for us so that our trip was everything we wanted it to be. Additionally, when we experienced delayed flights on our way there, she was quick to help us find alternative solutions. Everything Sarah booked was of outstanding quality (hotels, tours, transportation, etc.), and we will always fondly remember our time in the UK. We can't wait to go back some day and we highly recommend using Sarah for your future trips!

Sarah was outstanding. I procrastinated planning this special trip and was nervous that I waited too long but Sarah stepped in and saved the day and planned a fabulous 14 day European vacation for my family only 4-5 weeks before we departed. She was a great listener and cares about what each family member was interested in doing and then made it happen in a first class way, including scheduling private transportation, booking great hotels, scheduling trains so we could get to many places and arranging private tours that were all very informative and enjoyable and then organizing all of the above on the travel app that was very easy to use. I highly recommend Sarah. Six stars out of five if there was such a thing. My entire family had a tremendous time in Europe thanks to Sarah’s planning and organization.

Sarah arranged all our flights, transportation, lodging, and a variety of excursions for a trip to Poland and the Czech Republic. We were excited to work with her because she had done a wonderful job organizing our trip to Scotland a couple of years ago. Sarah is always responsive to calls or texts. She has a real knack for finding great hotels that are unique and personal rather than just the run-of-the-mill boring chain brands. We also had amazing experiences with the private tours she arranged for us, the guides were so knowledgeable and professional.
