Oftentimes, organizing a family trip for a group with different tastes, ages, and interests makes you need a vacation by the time it's all over. Not so with Heidi at the helm planning our Baltic Cruise. Quick to respond with industry knowledge to guide our choices, Heidi ensured we received outstanding value every step of the way. She found airfares with outstanding savings and a convenient and beautiful hotel, prior to the cruise. Australia to New Zealand luxury Regent Cruise

Heidi helped us pick out a Regent Cruise in Australia and New Zealand and it was wonderful. She also booked our air, added on a week at the Great Barrier Reef (in a perfect location hotel where we could walk to everything), booked tours for us so we could see the best of Australia and New Zealand. She's great! She also kept us constantly updated on the wildfires and how that would affect our trip. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything because Heidi worries for you.

I hadn't used an agent before. But what really helped was Heidi could compare different options for us and give us her opinion on different cruise lines. If I called Silversea to book it they would only tell me about their option and wouldn't mention Celebrity for example. Heidi had ideas that made the most of our time. She had a guide pick us up at the airport and do an amazing full day tour on the way to our hotel by the port for a cruise. Instead of just a travel day this wound up being one of our favorite parts of our vacation and we got to see a lot of Italy. Then at the end of our cruise she picked out this spectacular hotel in Tuscany that seemed right out of a movie. I'm so proud to recommend her.

Agent who goes above and beyond

When we decided to take a river cruise everyone said you need to book through a travel agent. I interviewed a few based on reviews and felt really comfortable with Heidi. She explained the differences in lines, got us several quotes and in the end got us a great deal with Ama Waterways. This was a year ago and we were supposed to travel next month. Due to the pandemic the cruise was cancelled. But Heidi had given us a heads up so we were ready to re-book right away for next year. she pushed to get us a good rate and then when we had to change the direction we were traveling she got them to do it for the same price. I never for one second had any doubt she would get it done for us. And always with such a pleasant, can do attitude. We can't wait for our trip next year and are already thinking about future trips. We will absolutely be booking through Heidi again, I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Heidi was absolutely wonderful. We joined a river Christmas Market Alumni group tour up the Danube River from Vienna to Nuremburg a little late in the process. She bought us up to date on everything that was happening and due to happen makiing us feel comfortable with everything.. The Danube area was quite short of rain this year and there were many diversions from the original tour.. Heidi was on top of everything, keeping us up to date and making certain tht all of our needs were met. No one could have possibly done a better job . We had a perfectly wondrful time and we can't wait to book our next tour with her again. Hope it will be soon!

I honestly was not one to work with a travel agent but a friend suggested I try. So I did and am so thankful. I didn't realize what I was missing out on. We would have gone and had a good vacation. But our favorite parts were all things we added on that Heidi suggested. She made our vacation something we will truly remember forever and took it up to the next level. Heidi got us day passes for a private beach club in the French Riviera (and a driver to bring us there and pick us up), private tours of quaint villages, restaurant reservations for the top restaurants in France, and resorts that were so luxurious and exclusive and fabulous.

A Fairy Tale Vacation!

Heidi was amazing! She was proactive with all information and details. We knew exactly what was going to happen and she had everything arranged that she promised. She was quick to answer every question and gave us personal attention to every detail. This was our first riverboat cruise, but thanks to Heidi's great service, it will not be our only one. We will contact her again for our next trip. We were with the Roanoke College group as guests but were able to choose which activities we did by ourselves or with the group. Getting to go to Budapest, which was not a part of our original itinerary, was a real treat. Even though water levels were low, the trip could have not been more enjoyable. A 10-day Fairy Tale! Perfect Trip for Christmas Market Experience

Every morning she would get up before everyone to get passes for the various excursions for the day to ensure that we were all in the same group (there was a group of about 20 of us traveling together). She booked several excursions and hotel stays outside of those offered by the river cruise line to accommodate a special request. She really went above and beyond what was necessary and expected. She made us feel special and that made the trip all that much better.

Her friendly, professional staff looked into multiple different flight arrangements to meet my needs, and were even able to accommodate a change in plans while I was in Bali. Jamaica Family Trip

We just got back from an awesome trip!! It was our first time traveling to Jamaica so I wasn't sure of how to plan but thanks to Heidi she made everything SO easy. She gave me plenty of options when I was first started to decide on where we were traveling. She did everything from selecting our seats on the plane to setting up airport transfers. I told her what I wanted with our room situations, which were exactly what we discussed. I also loved that she always got back to me within the day if I ever had any questions(which I did, lol!) Amazing Honeymoon

Heidi planned our honeymoon and did such an amazing job. She absolutely blew it out of the water. I told her we wanted to go to Stockholm and Finland and she took it from there. The hotel in Stockholm was fantastic, the best service, and perfect location. Then the resort in Finland made me speechless. Even though we were in different time zones I was always able to get ahold of her. I cannot recommend Heidi enough. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. The details she put into the trip were impressive. I will definitely book with her in the future.

Trip of a lifetime

In the past, I never used a travel agent and arranged everything myself. We decided we wanted to go to New Zealand/Australia and wanted to cruise part of it. We booked on Norwegian and for the rest of the trip, we had no idea what to book. We decided to find a travel agent, looked online and discovered Heidi. What a blessing! Heidi suggested an Azamara cruise, a line we love and was sponsored so that we received a free great shore excursion. We chose Azamara and a got a refund from Norwegian. A few weeks later, Heidi sent us an itinerary which was over 20 pages long. we decided what we wanted to keep, delete or add. Along the way Heidi reminded us what we had to do (i.e visas) and pay for. The trip (almost a month long) went seamlessly.
Heidi is amazing, a great travel agent and a really nice person. She takes all the stress out of traveling. I have now booked about 4 more trips with her. Use Heidi and you won't regret it!

Fabulous and fun group leader for a luxury cruise

I went with a group Heidi organized on a Regent cruise on Regent Navigator in the Mediterranean. From the very first call to get information through my million plus questions she was always so helpful. But the best part was being onboard with her. She was such an amazing facilitator and made sure everyone got to know each other and no one felt left out. Heidi organized things for us on the ship and also in ports. This was our favorite vacation because in addition to all of the normal things you'd get on a cruise there was also all of the fun group activities. I can't wait to travel with them all again.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Heidi! I reached out to her when we decided to do a trip to the Galapagos… I was hoping to make my dad’s dream of going to the Galapagos come true and include everyone in my family (from Hawaii to Massachusetts.) I had searched hundreds of travel agents and wanted someone that had been there to experience it firsthand! Heidi was responsive and kind from the first email. She clearly cared more about helping my family than just booking the trip and it was evident in every interaction. She worked with a somewhat difficult budget and small timeline to put together the most amazing 10 day cruise around the Galápagos Islands- and even coordinated flights for my family so we could make the international legs together. Bucket List Trip!

Entire process working with Heidi for my bucket list trip to Finland was great. While I travel in the US several times a year this was only my 2nd time out of the country. Heidi helped me feel more comfortable knowing what documents I needed to travel and had some great tips for International travel. The hotel was a winter fairyland (I stayed in a glass igloo and saw the northern lights!) The activities that she scheduled for me were lots of fun - dog sledding, snowmobiling, even visiting Santa Claus. Finland is perfect for anyone who wants to see the northern lights. I plan to use Heidi for all of my future travels and highly recommend her as a travel agent.
