Planning a wedding takes a lot of time and energy! Planning our honeymoon became a bit of an overwhelming experience. We wanted to go to Italy but had no idea where to start. The options seemed endless and we knew we needed some guidance. We reached out to Alessandra after looking at her reviews. Our Tuscan wedding- May 5th , 2024

Our wedding in Tuscany was perfection because of Alessandra. We were planning our wedding for 14 months . Alessandra was professional , organized and was able to source every vendor we required. Flowers, make-up, music, food , the photographer , etc etc. Our wedding took place in a Villa in Bucine. We had 18 guests at the Villa and 25 people for the wedding. Everything was perfect . Alessandra ran the rehearsal , and attended on the wedding day. This ensured that everything went smooth like it did. She also arranged our honeymoon in Capri and our hotels in Florence and Rome. She booked all of the trains, car rentals, basically everything you can think of. If you are planning an wedding in Italy, you need someone like Alessandra. She is well connected over there with the vendors etc. This was the wedding and trip of our dreams. Thank you to the best wedding consultant ever!!!
We miss her already , the whole family and wedding guests are still raving about her and our wedding.

Best Italian Honeymoon

A great trip

We are very satisfied working with Alessandra. She helped us from inception to establish the itinerary, pick the hotels and plan the tours. Once we were in Italy, she was there on WhatsApp checking that everything was going as planned, and sometimes helping us by communicating with the providers to make adjustments. When we were trying to get boarding passes for our flights home, she jumped in and called the carrier to resolve the issues.

40th Anniversary Trip!

Honeymoon of our dreams to Italy & France

Alessandra planned our honeymoon to France and Italy for 3.5 weeks for end of July and August 2023. Alessandra was amazing at sticking within our budget and recommending great hotels and B&B's to stay throughout our stay. She put together an incredibly detailed package with suggested places to go, tips for driving and restaurants in each city and she event checked in with us while we were away to ensure we arrived safely at our destinations. She really knows her stuff if you're travelling to Europe and was an expert on Italy. I'd 100% recommend her to any relatives or friends. Three weeks in Spain….priceless!

My family and I have been blessed to have found Alessandra to plan out first trip to Italy. I cannot express enough about her depth of knowledge about the country and culture. Alessandra planned the vacation perfectly around our budget. We travel with children and she made sure that the tours kept the kids engaged the whole time. Alessandra even prepared a booklet which entailed every important detail we needed for successful travel. From landmarks to look for to find our hotel in busy Venice, to the names that would appear on the board for the train we were catching! While travelling, Alessandra always checked in to make sure we’ve reached our destinations safely! It’s obvious how much she cares about her clients and the quality of the holidays. Alessandra was outstanding as our wedding/event planner - she was attentive to every detail and kept all parties informed as she progressed with plans for travel, lodging, event space, and even day of the ceremony. We were pleased with how well she communicated and fine tuned every detail of our event. Alessandra went above and beyond to provide for our comfort and made sure the bride and groom had the wedding of their dreams. She made sure we were well accommodated, and she specifically adapted plans for the reception as the weather forced us indoors. Incredible Honeymoon

Alessandra was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She helped us plan an amazing honeymoon to Spain. With all the wedding planning we didn't have any time to research or book our trip so Alessandra took care of everything and delivered everything we could have hoped for. Her recommendations, ideas, and advice were invaluable. She really listened to what we wanted and went out of her way to find the perfect fit. She even found us some out of the box experiences like a private cooking class with a Spanish chef in Madrid. We were a little worried traveling during the pandemic but she was on-call 24/7 while we were away via WhatsApp to help with any changes and give us peace of mind. Wonderful trip to Italy!

A friend highly recommended Alessandra and she did not disappoint.
Her recommendations for hotels, activities, transportation transfers and more were well thought out and by making all the necessary reservations made the whole trip planning experience stress free for us. The comprehensive itinerary booklet she developed guided us along every day of our trip. We especially appreciated the tips she provided regarding driving, dining, safety and more.
And then when a situation arose with my elderly father who was traveling with us for part of the trip and we needed to get to him quickly, she went above and beyond. In short notice Alessandra coordinated changes to hotels and train reservations and ensured our trip continued seamless. Without her expertise we would have been lost as to how we moved forward. We appreciated her consideration of my father’s needs. We have beautiful memories of Italy and hope to return in the future. Thanks Alessandra for all you did!

Amazing Italian holiday travel expert

Alessandra made our first family holiday to Italy such an incredible experience. Her knowledge of the country is so profound, that she even noted landmarks to look for while trying to find our destinations, whether it be our hotels, great restaurants or the amazing tours that she set up! Being a family of four with 10yr old twins, everything Alessandra planned for us was perfect. The private tours had all of us engaged...not one of those boring large group tours you see dozens of people in.
Alessandra also prepared a day-by-day travel agenda with important information, all of transfer and train information, and when/where we were to meet for our daily planned activities. She even made reference to what had been paid already and what was due.
Thank you for making this holiday exceptional! Can’t wait to plan or southern Italian holiday with you in the future!
