10/10 recommend Karen! She is amazing and will answer any questions you may have with the upmost accuracy. We had the most amazing/perfect honeymoon thanks to her!! She also put up with me for the past few months asking a million questions weekly & even calmed my nerves & reassured me anytime I needed it ?? I truly could not have asked for/planned a better trip!

I would highly recommend Karen for anyone looking to plan a trip, especially to a Sandals Resort. We booked our Sandals Barbados honeymoon through Karen and she was a perfect help during the process—from picking which resort best fit our needs, to booking flights and the room, even to booking our excursions. She went above and beyond the call of duty and was so patient during all of my texting and follow up questions! As someone who is a very Type A planner, I was very anxious about the travel and Karen helped ease my stress ten-fold before our first international trip. She even maintained contact while we were on the resort and helped us with a few bumps we had while out of the country. We will definitely use her services for future trips, and we would 1000% recommend her to anyone in the market for a great vacation!

I am much of a planner so I am use to planning everything out myself.
It was very nice to have everything in order and a packet of all of our needed information prior to our trip and me not have to worry about it!

We had an awesome trip planned by Karen. All the details were meticulously planned and our itinerary was perfect.

My friends and I decided last minute we wanted to go on a cruise to the Bahamas, and Karen made that happen! She was able to find the best deal possible in a very quick amount of time. We had the best time and had no complications with any of the booking/checking in process. Not only did she find the best cruise for us, but she gave us some great options of activities for us to do on the days on and off the ship. My family and I have used Karen many times and she never fails to make it a quick and easy process.

We had Karen help us plan our honeymoon. We targeted an all inclusive resort, and she got us an upgrade from what we wanted, a cheaper rate than our original package, and got us a private driver to and from the airport.

We also reached out when we had to cancel a trip two days before departure when the wildfires hit Maui. I reached out late one evening when the news broke, and she jumped on making other plans for us. We didn’t use her recommendation this time as we repurposed the time off from work to visit family, but the customer service was excellent.
