We had a great family trip to Costa Rica during the Christmas break. Costa Rica is a beautiful country with so much to see and do. Sandra was an excellent travel agent. Sandra is the best!! We could not imagine booking with anyone else! Sandra was very informative when trying to find the best resort for our destination wedding. She helped with every step of the way! We were continually updated and she even kept in touch on her own vacations to keep this bride to be happy & calm! Sandra has went to Bat for us a few times to reassure everyone is happy!
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding due to covid-19 and we are so thankful for sandra! Sandra spent hours and hours on hold, emailing and making phone calls to make sure our entire party was satisfied. Which we are!! Sandra is the best!! She takes every minute she has to help with our needs in our trip... which has had quite a bit of changes because of COVID . What can I say about Wood Travel other than.....WOW.
I sent out emails to multiple travel agents inquiring to book a trip to Mexico for a group of 8. Sandra was not only prompt in her reply, she was genuine and stood out above the rest in her response.
However, Wood Travel (Sandra) really shined bright when Air Canada decided to change the plans 6 months after booking. She was quick to reach out to everyone and laid out all our options and helped walk us through every aspect of the changes.
Sandra was a delight to work with and was always willing to answer any questions that our group had and made things easy for us.
I will 100% us Wood Travel again for any trip I take, and would recommend her to anyone looking to travel.

A massive itinerary change was caught before the airline even made an announcement of the direct flights no longer existing and new options for the trip were presented quickly to the groups. Documents were shared in advance of the trips, constant communication and quick response!!

My family was booking an all inclusive vacation in Mexico for 14 people. Sandra was very helpful as we worked through the logistics of group booking versus regular booking, as well as finding the right resort to match our desires.
We booked the trip quite early with Air Canada and later in the year they removed the direct flights to sunny destinations and put us on flights with connections, which would have exhausted my parents who are in their 70s. Sandra was quick to get us switched from Air Canada to direct flights with WestJet - thank you Sandra!
