I cannot recommend Jocelyn with The Magic For Less Travel enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, and has always treated every vacation she has planned for my family as if it were her own. She has helped me not only plan Walt Disney World trips, but also cruise vacations. On two separate occasions, I’ve woken up to emails from Jocelyn indicating that a promo was able to be added to a vacation I had planned, and she was able to proactively apply it for me! Some of my favorite parts about working with Jocelyn are her attention to detail (no matter how big or small!), her fast turnaround time for emails, and her friendly demeanor. We just got back from our THIRD trip that Jocelyn has helped us plan (2 to Walt Disney World and this past trip to Disneyland) and when I say she is the best, I mean it...she is the BEST! Jocelyn's extensive knowledge about all things related to our trips and Disney was obvious from the start and she has always been beyond responsive and thoughtful with our questions and concerns 100% of the time. Beyond all that, what really makes her special is how she has really helped to tailor our trips for us and our family, and not made them to be "boilerplate" Disney trips. Very knowledgeable. She was always a quick email away with any questions I had regarding my trip. She helped to arrange everything from, hotels, dinner reservations, transfers from hotels . She even got us into the best location (Jamaica) at Disneys Caribbean Beach! Honestly made every part of our trip so much easier and stress free.
