As a born Bermudian, I have been involved in the travel industry from a very young age. Growing up on the fabulous island taught me a great deal about tourism.  An avid traveler myself, I have explored many countries and modes of transportation. I am very passionate about finding just the right experience for my customers. It is important for me to take time to get to know the customers and their travel priorities. I do not like to operate as merely an order taker, but rather a memory maker. With the right vacation for couples, families, friends or large affinity groups, the memories will last a lifetime.

I have over 14 years of experience on this side of the travel desk. My specialties are cruises, all inclusive destinations, tours and luxury travel. I have unparalleled knowledge of Bermuda. I am the best agent to help you with your Bermuda vacation, whether you plan to visit by sea or by air.  My extensive list of travelled itineraries on many cruise brands and ships, positions me well to provide you the most in depth advice on the entire cruise process. 

Working in the travel industry for many year has provided me significant experience with multi-generational travel and large groups.  I encourage  my customers to let me manage all the details. Family trips run so much smoother when a non family member can work with each member of the family.  I really do enjoy getting to know my customers and understanding their wants and needs. I am patient, understanding and creative.  I do my best to provide fun surprises along the way and look forward to hearing about their journeys upon their return.  I take my job very seriously and I am cognizant of the fact that I have been trusted with a very important piece of my customers’ life experience.

It is easy to book an online cruise with the click of a "buy" button, but if you want to love that cruise, book with Janice; she is by far, The Best. You won't regret it. Details matter; they can make or break your happiness with your cruise experience and the cost. Janice has numerous returning customers; she is trusted. She is competent in all size bookings, and reliable if there is a glitch, Janice is there to help you. As evidence: Janice booked a cruise I took with my 74 year old mother-in-law and our first trip together; I was obviously anxious. Janice booked a cabin location that was perfectly accessible for her to enjoy all the ship had to offer. I was impressed. From dinner plans to entertainment, to amenities, she nailed it! The details matter. Because Janice got it so right, I too, could enjoy all the ship had to offer. This is why we both give Janice 5 stars. I would never cruise without going through Janice. She does the research so you don't have to. She knows all the cruise lines, answers all my questions and makes herself available if anything goes wrong. Her expertise in dealing with the cruise lines has saved me both time and money.

Fabulous travel agent!

I’ve booked 10+ cruises with Janice. She’s been able to find the best pricing, including some amazing unicorn deals! With her knowledge as a TA, and her decades of cruising, she has guided me on which cruise lines would best meet my needs, which area of the ship to book my cabin, recommendations on shipboard activities, and the port experiences that can enhance my trip. But before I even get on board, she’s been instrumental in guiding me about when to arrive before the cruise (definitely not the same day that your ship departs!) and which hotels, in which areas of the city, will help get my vacation off to the best start with shopping and dining. I know that people book their own cruises without using a TA but I have to question why. With Janice’s experience and expertise, I don’t have to worry about whether I’m getting the best pricing, or remembering my final payment. It’s all taken care of. Now, if I could just convince her to pack for me!
