When I began my career as a travel agent more than 20 years ago, there was no Internet and travelers had to rely completely on experienced professionals to navigate the way to their next adventure. As times, trends and technology have changed the way that we all live, I have adapted to the needs of my clients without abandoning my commitment to artfully crafting personalized itineraries.
I specialize in booking the following types of travel experiences:
- All-inclusive resorts — Many of my travelers head to Cancun and Riviera Maya in Mexico due to its convenient proximity to Houston. However, I also love to send my clients to Jamaica.
- Cruises — From ocean cruises to unique destinations to river cruises throughout historic cities, I have significant experience booking all types of cruises from my clients.
- European cultural tours — I create customized tours to many of the top European destinations, such as England, Italy, France and Monaco.
Travelers who book with me can be confident in the fact that I am going to go above and beyond for them. Our trip to Hawaii was fabulous thanks to the expert planning of Zul. We gave him a budget, asked for all ocean view for our accommodations and activities we would both enjoy and he followed through all of our request. Everything in our trip was coordinated perfectly I.e. fights, hotels and tours. We would definitely ask him again to plan our next major vacation.

Zul was very easy to talk and helpful with planning our vacation. We stopped by his office on a Saturday and he immediately dropped everything and came in to talk to us. We didn't know where we wanted to go but just knew that we wanted to go to a nice all-inclusive resort for our 1 year anniversary. Zul talked to us about different places and recommendations. We ended up choosing Punta Cana, DR. Leading up to the trip, Zul provided us with everything that we needed. We met with him one other time to pick some excursions and make the final payment. He called us a couple days before the trip to answer any last minute questions. Then he was available during our trip to address any arising issues. We had an excursion cancelled and the only thing we had to do was send Zul an email and he was able to get our refund. We could always get a hold of Zul (phone or email) and plan on booking our next vacation with him.

From booking tickets to planning vacation is not easy, There are so many things that needs to be done and without an expert guide it's simply a nerve wracking experience. ZUL's service was excellent and you cannot go wrong. It was a memorable vacation as well we were able to take so excursions, it was all planned and perfectly suitable for our taste.
Without ZUL's advise, we would have a hard time managing and choosing all the extra details and we were both glad that we chose ZUL..

This was a wonderful experience working with a travel agent. I may never travel again without one. Zul took care of all the details, many of which we never would have considered. This was a 40th anniversary trip for us and we included our children who live all across the country. Excellent Corporate Group Trip Experience

Our trip to 3 of the Hawaiian Islands (Kauai; Maui; Big Island) was outstanding. The resorts and hotels arranged by Travel Spectrum (Zul Isom) were excellent. The two helicopter flights (Kauai; Big Island) were the highlights of the trip. I would recommend Travel Spectrum highly for any travel you are anticipating. My wife and I booked a trip to Los Angeles and stayed right on Hollywood Boulevard. We were close to all the activities, sights and restaurants . The hotel was high end, classy and had a worthy 4 star rating. We took a tour (wonderful). The entire trip was part of a package that included a car rental. Zul made our vacation a breeze. I'm usually a "do-it-yourselfer" when it comes to planning family vacations, however all our trips have been within the US. Wanting to save money for our very first trip abroad, I tried to coordinate the flights, hotels, and transportation myself. With 2 small kids, the task soon felt overwhelming. Realizing the time commitment it would take to do it myself, we decided to look for a travel agent. We researched many online on Yelp, FB, and google. Out of the 5 or 6 we emailed, Zul was not only the first to reply back (within a few hours), but also the only one with the resources to plan the trip. Within a few days he had a final itinerary. With my work schedule, it was such a relief to to have someone experienced plan our family's first trip abroad (and first vacation in 6 years). We had such a great experience that I will not only continue to work with him for future trips abroad, but even trips within the USA.

I traveled to three different islands in Hawaii with a very intricate itinerary thanks to Zul! He set up tours for me to attend on each island and also sent over a detailed list of places to check out. Each day was jam packed with new adventures greater than the day before. From an educational tour of Pearl Harbor to a thrilling helicopter tour over the mountains of Maui and a sunset dinner cruise, it was a trip of a life time!

I warn most of my clients not to fell for that trap. They will offer spa treatment but if you do not buy the time share like any other hotel they do not offer you what they promise. "

Me and my girls (adults) travel once a year to let loose and have some fun! Zul always take the time to understand our assignment. He gives us great recommendations and never disappoints. This year we did a one issue and that was we were at a nice resort but it was a "family" resort so we felt a little out of place when it came to out nights and drinks but everything else was great!

The Best Santorini trip !!

We had an amazing trip to Athens, Santorini & Mykonos. We renewed one of our passport and changed the last name after it was booked and ticketed. But Zul the travel agent worked with the tour operator and the Airlines approved it. It was lot of work. When we were in Athens they had a bad flood but tour representative helped us to move to our next Island without any hustle. The travel agent was working relentlessly to make sure our trip goes as smooth as it was planned. We highly recommend this agent.

We have worked with Zul twice now. He set up a vacation for my husband and I a couple of years ago and in November 2022 he set up a vacation for our entire family. We had 10 people on our trip.
