Zul was very easy to talk and helpful with planning our vacation. We stopped by his office on a Saturday and he immediately dropped everything and came in to talk to us. We didn't know where we wanted to go but just knew that we wanted to go to a nice all-inclusive resort for our 1 year anniversary. Zul talked to us about different places and recommendations. We ended up choosing Punta Cana, DR. Leading up to the trip, Zul provided us with everything that we needed. We met with him one other time to pick some excursions and make the final payment. He called us a couple days before the trip to answer any last minute questions. Then he was available during our trip to address any arising issues. We had an excursion cancelled and the only thing we had to do was send Zul an email and he was able to get our refund. We could always get a hold of Zul (phone or email) and plan on booking our next vacation with him.

Zul made our vacation a breeze. I'm usually a "do-it-yourselfer" when it comes to planning family vacations, however all our trips have been within the US. Wanting to save money for our very first trip abroad, I tried to coordinate the flights, hotels, and transportation myself. With 2 small kids, the task soon felt overwhelming. We had an amazing trip to Athens, Santorini & Mykonos. We renewed one of our passport and changed the last name after it was booked and ticketed. But Zul the travel agent worked with the tour operator and the Airlines approved it. It was lot of work. When we were in Athens they had a bad flood but tour representative helped us to move to our next Island without any hustle.
