My best friend and I wanted to go on a Europe Trip this past Summer. We ended up choosing, Holland, Belgium, Paris and London. Marva listened to everything I wanted and always gave me various suggestions. She came up with multiple itineraries to fit what we wanted and for every change I had she made adjustments. Marva had incredible attention to detail, and was always available to help me organize the trip. Prior to my trip she made sure to email and set up calls with me to make sure everything was set, not just our flights and insurance but our trains since we were travelling between countries. Even while I was away she was available for me to message her with something I’d want, she send me a list of options to choose from and she’d Book it and it was completely set for us to go! She’s is an incredible travel agent and an amazing person. She’s helped me so much and helped plan a trip we’ll never forget! I without a doubt with need her again and certainly recommend her!

With the craziness of wedding planning, my husband and I wanted to plan a special honeymoon at the last minute, without time to do all the legwork ourselves. After a quick and delightful response from her upon my first inquiry, I knew we made the right decision. She was so patient with us, even with such little time to book. So insightful, with plenty of guidance, and recommendations from her own travels and experiences. She really did make sure it was the perfect honeymoon — easy and stress-free. Marva made us feel completely comfortable and confident travelling to Maldives — what we knew would be over 30 hours of travelling to and from. She continued to go out of her way to be there for us throughout the trip, when we had any hiccups or questions. I have booked a few trips with Marva including a girls trip to Vegas, more recently a family trip to Blue Mountain, ON and she is organizing a trip to Dubai in Jan 2022. I love working with her, because I don't have to do anything, she does all the research, finds the best deals, and uses her extensive travel network to get perks and upgrades where possible. For Blue Mountain she made sure I had the best accommodation options for travel with teens, she got me all the info needed to plan out their activities ahead of time, and when we had a small glitch at check-in Marva spent the time fixing it while I continued my vacay with the kids. She is there not just at the beginning, creating the great package for you, she is checking in when you get there making sure all is well. Dubai is going to be a trip of a lifetime and I can't imagine leaving the planning to anyone else.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. My wife and I had a very hectic wedding (we had a COVID wedding) and we were looking forward to our honeymoon in Jamaica. There were many challenges with planning this honeymoon because of the restrictions imposed by the government both locally and abroad but the professionalism and patience that was displayed by our agent Ms. Marva Layne was phenomenal. We could have not asked for a better agent. She was very responsive to our many questions. She would spend time with us on Sunday evenings while she was off-duty to make sure that we feel comfortable. I could not have imagined a better experience with the many challenges that we had to face. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Ms. Marva Layne for all of your travel needs.
