Communication is Excellent

The planning process was easy however the resort itself needed lots of updates. Food was mediocre and I had to call 3 times to get wash clothes, tissue and waste basket. Not my best experience at an all inclusive!

Trip to Nashville

It was good...we were able to do the things we had preplanned and paid to do although it rained everyday. It stopped us from seeing more of the Nashville area. We made the best of it and it didn't stop us from doing things. We cannot control the weather. Then best food was at Jason Aldean's

Loved our Ireland trip!

Nancy did a wonderful job of scheduling our tour and our excursions! Our group of 8 were given a specific agenda, drivers names and phone numbers prior to leaving. Celtic Tours provided a lovely agenda. Everyone showed up on schedule. All hotel reservations were as scheduled. We even had a special tour to an “in the country” cookery where we all made our own soda bread - it was a highlight of our trip! We were all impressed with the organization and the wonderful schedule that was planned for us. I highly recommend Nancy and Celtic Tours for our Chauffeured Tour of Ireland!

Best travel experience!

Working with Nancy made everything so simple. We had private transfers that took us directly from the Cancún airport to our resort! Once at the resort, Nancy requested our rooms be close together and they had us just 4 rooms away from each other. That was absolutely perfect. During our stay Nancy checked in to ensure everything was going smooth and reminded us to check in for our departure transfers as well check in for our flights! We were able to relax and not have to “think” about anything. Once we landed we received a Welcome Home text from Nancy which reassured us that she had been watching our flight(s) to make sure no delays or changes were being made. We would not travel without the services of Luxury Journey Travel!

Amazing Girls Trip

Nancy cares well for her clients! She always goes the extra mile with information with flight changes or delays. We flew during the time of a very large hurricane (not at our destination but we flew over it getting to our destination) and we were worried. Nancy took time to calm our fears and reassure us that she would never send us out into a dangerous situation and took our calls after hours to answer any questions we had. I fully trust Nancy with all of the travel plans for my family and friends. She has repeat business for life from me!
