Kathleen was super helpful in helping us plan a magical trip to Disney! Kathleen O'Neill is a true lifesaver and the best in the business! We recently got back from our August 2025 Rhine River Cruise & our experience was exceptional. The expertise in explaining the differences between tour companies led to our selection of Tauck. When a flight delay caused a missed connection to Zurich, Kathleen rebooked the travel on a Swiss Air flight. This ensured arrival in Switzerland on the same day, in time for the welcome dinner. Our trip included: A 5-star hotel in Bern, Switzerland. A trip to Jungfraujoch in the Swiss Alps, with its views AMAZING! A private boat tour of Lake Lucerne A guided tour of Colmar, France A spa day in Baden-Baden, Germany, with a local lunch An e-bike tour along the Rhine, and dinner at a German castle, with a performance of very talented singers. Time on the ship seeing the castles along the Rhine. Who knew!?! A visit to Amsterdam, including windmills, canals, & the Rijksmuseum! Kathleen provided guidance throughout the trip. Because of this, a future trip to Africa, called The Great Migration, was booked for August 2026. For those considering a journey, Kathleen is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by our family. Thank you Kathleen!

The cruise was good. there were somethings that were bad but they had nothing to do with Kathleen. Overall, our experience with Kathleen was excellent. If i had to do it again, i would possibly do a cruise differently.

We just returned from our Wedding Cruise that Kathleen has been helping us plan. She helped accommodate 50 of my friends and family. She planned our excursions, dinners and most of all a place to have our wedding ceremony and to accommodate a restaurant on the ship where we all could eat together. Kathleen nailed our Golf Trip to Pebble Beach! We had a large group, and she coordinated everything perfectly. Our group had preffered tee times, dinner arraignments and even local points of interest including great reccomendations of where to grab breakfast in Carmel. I looked at booking this directly, however using Kathleen was not only the same price it was hands off on all of our parts. The best part was Kathleen made all the calls to the Resort, coordinated all of our payment information and sent us all confirmation numbers in a professional document. We had a fantastic time! The resort was modern, clean, and had so much to offer the kids and adults. It is definitely the best place to be for families and diamond club for sure is the way to go. The activities, amenities, and people were so accommodating and so lovely. The trip from start to finish was so seamless.

Your services and the vendors you connected us with to and from the hotel were so kind to us and on point. We ended up doing two excursions set up through amstar. The atv and zip lining and the the snorkeling and swimming with sharks and the stingrays. We used the waterproof phone cases you gave us and the kids got fantastic video from underwater. I would have never thought to purchase those! Thank you thank you for setting this all up, it made the trip that much easier and enjoyable to just show up and follow your detailed instructions!

Having Kathleen help me plan our family trip to Universal Studios made for a stress free and more enjoyable experience than if I had tried doing it on my own.
