I originally worked in a small office as a tour guide traveling to various destinations. As I learned more about the industry, I slowly expanded from physically guiding tours to taking care of all bookings and logistics for trips around the world.

I once had a client travel to Italy with their 82-year-old mother, and while their trip started off perfectly, the mother soon got tired and wished to return home.
